Red Lobster

PETER NEEDS A RAISE!!! He was super knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. Our food came out super fast and whenever something seemed a little bit behind he made sure to keep us updated and did what he could to get it out faster. Our drinks were never less than half full… literally. We heard a few conversations among other servers and customers and it made us even more appreciative that we got Peter.

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years and this was an amazing welcome back! Peter was our server and he was absolutely amazing! He was so accommodating and checked on us often. We got endless shrimp and it was so good!! The coconut shrimp is my favorite! We will definitely be coming back to this location! Thanks Peter!!

The food was great!! Our server Jordan was beyond amazing!! He was friendly, fast, and on top of everything. Awesome service, made the dining experience so pleasant and such a great atmosphere, definitely will be back! Thank you Jordan, we had a great evening

This Red Lobster is our favorite restaurant to visit. The service is special as the Servers. Melvin and Peter have made the 120 mile trek an enjoyable weekly ritual for my entire family. Service is very important and they have definitely gotten it right. The food is pretty good too. Thank you Melvin and Peter (& Chandler/Ray Road)for making my family and friends feel so special for the last eight years. We do appreciate it very much.

Really impressed with my server, it’s been along time since, I have been served by a professional fun person. If you are in the area stop in and get seated in Theresa’s section, she will make every effort to make your experience a great one!

Great time every time I go there with the family. Can’t remember her name but she was great with my daughter. I always go to this location and will continue going.

It’s been awhile since I was at a Red Lobster and I was happily surprised with how good everything was. Melvin our server was fantastic. Kept us in drinks and biscuits.

Theresa has always been so fun to have a our waitress. She's very attentive, interactive and listens. Our food has always been good and delicious. Never had a problem at the Chandler location. It is our go to for lunch or dinner for any occasion.

I almost lost faith in the service industry because every time I go out to eat, I get horrible service. Today, Melvin C. successfully restored my faith in the service industry!! My drink was always filled, service was fast and accurate, and he was patient with my indecisive 9-year-old (even with a full section). He was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and had lots of great recommendations. 5-star experience. Thank you, Melvin!!

Had a great time at this location. Food was served quickly and service was great

We were a large group of 9 and had call ahead seating. We arrived a bit early but only had to wait a few minutes as they were preparing our tables. They wait staff was great and got our drinks and appetizers quickly. The timing of the food delivery was well done. Time enough to eat our appetizers and salads, etc. and not feel rushed. Main meals were served together, so again, good timing on preparing (thanks to cooks and prep staff!) All the food was excellent. Also, this location has a much brighter interior than others I've been to, which we enjoyed.

Our server, Gaby, was amazing! She had such a nice demeanor and lifted our spirits after a rough day. She did an excellent job and promptly delivered everything we asked for even though the restaurant was very busy. The atmosphere has very nice as well and the amazing food was the cherry on top of a delightful evening!

My experience was especially good today. The food was fresh, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, and the service was superb. I was at the location in Tempe, Ray Rd. and the I-10. Melvin was our server. He was awesome! He was attentive and got our order right. He listened to all our requests and executed each one. He also has a friendly personality.

Tasty seafood, be careful 🧐 large platter never able to finish mine:) packed it home 👍

Our server Melvin was so attentive and kind! He has been our server a few times now and always makes it a very enjoyable dining experience. Food was excellent too!! Definitely recommend trying the crispy brussel sprouts.

My husband and I enjoy our experience here, especially when Melvin takes care of us. He is always very attentive and observant. Melvin takes the time to consider our experience as a whole versus dropping our order and leaving. His level of customer service is so important to us since we have a child with special needs which can be difficult to dine with at time. Thank you, Melvin!

I got salad coconut shrimp and a beer. The food was great. . The beer was flat and Theresa was so kind about it and offered a replacement. She was so kind and polite She offered great service!! She brought me a bag for biscuits and my food and a bag to carry it home in! I can hear her talking with other tables just so kind!! Thank you and I will be back!!
