Mallory is the best stylist ever. Made my hair look and feel amazing! I already booked my follow up in 8 weeks.

This location is perfect. The staff is always available and knowledgeable. Customer service and care is a priority. I had an exchange that went smoothly. After purchasing a bottle of cologne, I realized it was giving me headaches. I have never returned an opened product and wasn’t sure they would take it back. Not only did they exchange it, but they were helpful, kind, and courteous in doing so. Their service is much appreciated.

Great products and services. It has been easy for me to get last minute appointments with my preferred stylist since I have a flexible schedule.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Love this store. The employees are fantastic!

A few days ago was my first time going to this Ulta for a cut. Cali was my stylist and she gave me the best cut I've had in years! It's EXACTLY what I described wanting and wasn't even sure I had the right type of hair for what I wanted. I'm beyond pleased and have gotten so many compliments on the shape/movement etc. Thank you! By far the best Ulta experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve shopped at many Ulta stores across the US. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and offered help. The young woman who helped me went above and beyond to guide me throughout my shopping experience. Each employee I met was kind, helpful, and engaging. If this location wasn’t clear across the United States from where I live, I’d exclusively shop at this store.

Was helped by 2 lovely reps/employees today, (AJ and the other I never got a name, I want to mention because I forgot to tell the cashier how amazing they were!) when I went in. They sat me down and walked me through different products. I got exactly what I asked for and more. Great service, friendly, I'm glad I went and can't wait to use the products they recommended! I do love the selection and assistance you receive at Ulta. This time I used the store as a package return facility for a gift I got. It was so easy and helpful.

Ray Rd was one of six Ultas called today and Cindy had half of that which I wanted.
Good on the phone and remembered me. Nothing tells me more than the ability to listen. I am poor and Cindy is excellent. It is as beautiful store as one can be and still be practical with floor space. The depth of inventory should satisfy most people and most things are competively priced. Than there is the potential learning curve. It's nice to be big but you are smart!

I came here to stock up on makeup for the first time in a few years. I was helped promptly by a very kind employee (I am blanking on the name... Rachel??). She was able to quickly show me exactly what I needed based on my vague descriptions of what I wanted, and even matched my foundations for me. I was in and out in 10 minutes! I have since tried all the products she recommended and love everything. I will definitely be back to this location.

As busy as it was when I went, just b4 🎄 time , Super quick &fast ceck out! plenty of employees for a very crowded store,I was in & out in 10 minutes. TOO BAD there Is not an Ulta Beauty in the CITY of MARICOPA. It would be more convenient for WOMEN who have children(s)

I had been to Ulta in Goodyear and had an awful experience with a gal there, and I had been a loyal customer for over TEN YEARS. I live in Tempe now and had still been a loyal customer. And I mean loyal. To spend 300-400 was am average purchase and I go at least once a week. I think they earned me the right to decent service , don’t you ?

This is my new favorite Ultra store. My blow dryer of 10 years + blew up this morning. I didn't have a clue what I was looking for other than something light. When I walked in I was created warmly by one of their employees. She walked me over to the blow dryers and was very knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy. After showing me some she walked away and let me look. Later I was looking for some shampoo. Once again very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. She found something that fit my needs right away. Then walked off to let me continue looking. No high pressure just helpful knowledge and let me get back to perusing.

Excellent Customer Service! The Store Manager Janneil at this location was incredibly helpful. Was a little frustrated but she quickly calmed me down and provided wonderful solutions to my issue and made great purchases that im completely happy with.
