Loved this place! I came in on recommendation by a good friend for running shoes. They offer a free foot scan so you can see if there are any variances in your walk, Achilles rigidity, etc. I discovered I was actually wearing the wrong size shoe!

I believe the sales rep who helped me was named Julian. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me and find the perfect shoes for my feet.

They offer a membership program that gives you discounts and other perks. Also an EXCELLENT return policy. I brought in another good friend of mine and my boyfriend after my excellent experience. Very happy that I found this place!

I have many issues with my feet. The staff listened patiently and were able to mold the inserts I needed and recommend the perfect shoe.

Great (running, walking, hiking court...) shoe and gear store. Excellent reward family program that saves you money with a 90 day return policy along with free shipping. The staff is very knowledgeable.

Have been ordering shoes and accessories from Road Runner Sports online for about 16 years, as there was no local store in MN. We're now in Maricopa and went to the Chandler location today for shoes and custom insoles. Annamarie was amazing. She knows her stuff and outfitted my husband and me with exactly what we needed. The custom insoles fitted perfectly and instead of 1 pair, I ended up having Annamarie create 2 pairs! Husband should have gotten his new ASICS a long time ago. He says they're perfect. The store is small, fewer color selections, that's to be expected. If you are a walker/runner, don't hesitate to utilize the knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend Road Runner Sports.

I went in to exchange some shoes that I was not liking the fit. I was immediately greeted and asked what I didn't like about the shoe and what I was looking for in a show and they brought out several options. The whole process was quick and painless! I'm so glad I have a road runner option closer to home!

The staff at this store are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve bought shoes and had insoles made here and a i have been very happy with my selections and their service.
