Dr Amy Kim is professional, knowledgeable, caring, a great listener and excellent bedside manner. She has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is extremely thorough with me. She is always very patient and kind. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone.

Dr. Kim and her medical staff are all friendly and caring. They seem to genuinely care about people, and the office staff gets things right. Have never had insurance snafus or paperwork done wrong. Not the case with other providers I've had.

Dr Amy Kim is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very caring and thorough and makes you feel so at ease. The office staff is also incredible. They are very warm and friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room and am usually on my way home within an hour. I can't say enough about this practice. They are A1.

Dr. Kim and her staff are excellent! I waited to see her quite a long time for my first appointment but since then have had quick appointments. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Kim.

Very nice place. I love being a patient here. I am always treated as a priority. Sometimes the call me and let me know that it is time to get in there. I am thankful that they go out of their way to be a great health care facility!

They actually care

Mixed emotions on this. Dr. Kim and Emily are amazing. I have been a patient there for years. A while back tho they changed there front desk staff. The show reception experience has been awful for alist 2 years now. My whole family were patients here, mom, dad, brother, husband, son, and fully planned on bringing my daughter. Not now. They have lost 7 patients due to the front desk girls. It's a sad thing to lose a fantastic doctor because the reception cannot get their stuff together. The nurses are amazing as well.

I'm a fairly new patient, but what impressed me was the fact that she listens. Most doctor's could care less about a patient's concerns. I don't feel rushed at her office, and she makes sure I understand what's going on.

I'm editing my post I don't have a problem with Dr. Kim but I've run into an issue... For several weeks I've been trying to get a mini neb.. The company keeps faxing over what is needed to get approved, but someone at the office keeps leaving the required information out of my records. No information no mini neb... It kind of stinks because the people in the doctor's office have become annoyed which makes me annoyed. I know no one is perfect, but my goodness just add the information and we all can move forward.

A family member of minreally liked Dr. Kim but had a great deal of trouble with the staff. They were snippy, unhelpful and acted annoyed at answering simple questions. Dr. Kim could do herself a huge favor, and keep patients, by making a change in personnel here.

Uncaring and inconsiderate staff. There never seemed to be available appointments even in severe situations when I had the flu, trouble breathing, etc. I actually ended up going to the ER because they could not make the time to see me for weeks on end.

This would be a great doctor if you never had a need to go to the doctor, but if you end up actually having an issue - good luck! I would not wish this sort of treatment I received from this office on anyone! I have found a new doctor now.
