We worked with Aines, Carter & Associates after relocating to La Grange, KY from Colorado. At first we tried to get health insurance through an online service, but found that process painful. Everyone wanted you to commit to a policy right there on the phone and when we asked for their contact information to follow up, it was either not sent or the agent would hang up. Working with Matthew was a breath of fresh air. He walked us through our options over the phone, but being a local agent we were able to meet in person and go over the policy.
