I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Hakim! I don't normally write reviews but I feel inspired to let everyone know what a talent Dr. Hakim truly is. I have been going to her consistently for the past 8 years for all of my dental needs. She is not only an incredible dentist, but also extremely patient, caring, and kind. She always explains every procedure in great detail. Her work speaks for itself. For example, she performed a build up on my two front teeth that has lasted for over 8 years!! She's without a doubt the best in town.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Hakim's office. She is one of the kindest dentist that I've met. She genuinely cares about her patients. She will always make you feel like you are her top priority when you're there. I would highly recommend her to any family or friend because I know they would be in good hands while under her care. She made sure I knew what was going on at all times during my procedure. Dr. Hakim made me smile again with the crown she replaced on my front tooth.

I highly recommend Dr Hakim. She is very professional in her demeanor and I always feel like I am in good hands during appointments. Speaking of appointments, Dr Hakim has never kept me waiting. Even when I’m on time, she is ready and waiting for me. Also, don’t be surprised if she answers the phone when you call the office. She is a very “hands on” dentist as regards the running of her office, and she’s very available for questions. Emails and phone calls are very quickly responded to. Overall an excellent dental practice.

I have been visiting Dr. Hakim for the past 10 years and I have nothing but praise for her. She has always made sure I am getting the best treatment and that my teeth are in top condition. As soon as she noticed that I needed braces she notified an orthodontist. Her office is always clean and her service is always excellent. I am very lucky to have been blessed with such a great dentist.

Dr Hakim in my opinion is one of the best dentists I have ever had and trust me I have seen many in my life. She knows exactly what she is doing and she takes the time to explain and show you the work that you need done. I recommend her and her staff highly.

Visited Dr Hakim for a routine checkup and her service was magnificent. She was very welcoming and I am so glad I found her dental practice, will definitely be coming here more regularly. After moving from Indiana to Louisville I wanted to find a dentist closer to home. After reading many excellent reviews about Dr. Hakim I decided to give her a try. So far I've had bridge work, an extraction, several fillings and caps, all with excellent results. She's very professional and caring toward her patients. I would not hesitate recommending her to family and friends.

Dr Hakim is now fitting me with an upper bridge, which I'm sure will fit as perfectly as the lower bridge fitted two years ago. The excellent fit has required no adjustments whatsoever.

Dr. Hakim is great. She is both professional and compassionate. I experience quite a bit of anxiety at the dentist, but she is patient and gentle with me. I've had some poor work done in the past, which she has done an exceptional job correcting. She talks me through the process, even when I (honestly) have no idea what she's talking about. And she does not guilt trip me about the fact that I miss my dentist appointments! I will stick with Dr. Hakim!

This is an exceptional practice! The office is quaint, calming and beautiful. The staff are tremendous and Dr. Hakim is incredibly smart, caring and honest. She will offer the BEST treatment option for you and is so knowledgeable about her field. She is an exceptional clinician and her dental work is next to perfect! We love Dr. Hakim and her staff and HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Hakim is one of the best in her field. I’ve been a patient for the last 4-5 years and have been thrilled with her staff and her amazing skills. Set within a cozy environment that feels just like being at home, she always uses the most compassion with her patients and takes the time to educate on her processes. I have been going to Dr. Hakim for a while now and she has been great! She has a lot of experience and it shows in her work! She's super nice and always check in while doing dental work to make sure I am comfortable and doing ok. I highly recommended her if you are looking for a new dentist.

My husband and I both go to St. Matthew's Advanced Dentistry, and we very much appreciate the professional care we receive from Dr. Hakim and her assistants. I feel we are in good hands every time I visit. Dr. Hakim is incredibly careful and precise in performing procedures, whether filling a cavity or fitting a crown or replacing an old one. Her assistant, Nikki, is equally careful when cleaning my teeth. They always take care to explain procedures and answer my questions. They always take care to check on my comfort during the visit. The professional care we receive is reason enough to entrust our dental health to Dr. Hakim and Nikki. Their kindness, compassion and gentleness, however, make it easy to keep returning. As someone in another review said, "she is the best dentist ever" and this is the best dental clinic.

I am really impressed with Dr. Hakim. She is a professional who can be trusted with complex dental care and is such a kind and considerate person. She cares about her patients and her work is high quality. She respects your time and has really done some amazing dentistry for me. I am so grateful and feel very fortunate to be her patient.

An absolutely delightful and professional experience. Who knew going to the dentist could be so enjoyable!

Dr. Hakim is an expert in her craft, but also a lovely woman. I went in for a check up and inquired about filling some small gaps in my teeth. I thought veneers would be my best option, but Dr. Hakim assured me that she could fix them with an alternate procedure that would cost a fraction of the cost. True to her word, she filled my gaps and cleaned my teeth more gently than any other dentist I have ever had. I am looking forward to going back.

Dr. Hakim and staff are great... I have been a patient of hers for 3 or so years now and she has solved my teeth problems where other dentists could not. She has an excellent network of specialist that she works with too.

Dr. Hakim is a highly skilled dentist who provides routine dental care as well as cosmetic and restorative dentistry. In addition to routine dental care, Dr. Hakim successfully treated me for TMJ/teeth grinding, restored my smile with beautiful crowns when I had an accident that knocked my front teeth out and has provided other routine care since she opened her practice about 8 years ago. Her staff are professional,courteous and welcoming and services are provided on time with minimal wait time. I have always highly recommended Dr. Hakim and feel fortunate that I have benefited from her highly skilled services.

I've been going to Dr. Hakim since moving to Louisville 18 months ago. It was a fantastic decision! Dr. Hakim takes more time with me than any dentist I've had before. Who knew you could have a dentist who wasn't rushing between 8 patients all at once?! Once, Dr. Hakim walked me through an error a previous dentist had made on a filling, and explained exactly why (and how) she was correcting it. Friendly staff, clean office, and most importantly–excellent care.

Dr. Hakim had to replace a crown of mine that another dentist did not do well on and the experience was great. I am very anxious and scared at the dentist, along with having extreme sensitivity, and she was so patient with me! Dr. Hakim talked through the whole process and didn't do anything with out telling me! I am a college student paying for my own dental and she made sure to explain how pricing was broken down through insurance so I wouldn't be confused! Overall I loved my experience and I am glad I found her!

Dr Hakim is an amazing dentist. I've been coming to her office for ten years!
She is very contientious and does everything she can to care for her patients.
She has the talent and drive to help you keep your teeth as long as possible and has high standards for crowns, bridges, and the like.
One of the things I like about her is her mentorship of graduating dental Healthcare workers.
Dr Hakim is personable, as is her staff.
