From the first contact with Covenant the experience was the best. The first meeting with Justin was at mom’s house. He not only viewed the house but was helpful in explaining the entire process. He made the offer on the house two days later. My brother and I felt it was a tremendous offer. Covenant was also very patient waiting on the courts to open probate so we could sell the house. It was three months before we could close due to the slow process with the court. Covenant was ready to close when I was finally appointed executor of the estate. I appreciate their patience. Was a pleasure working with Justin and Covenant. An aunt passed and we were settling her estate. She had a nice house, but it definitely needed some work. Well, lots of work would be a more apt description.

Great experience with them buying a house to renovate! Very knowledgeable about the industry and they even provided a number of contacts for us to call regarding the parts of the Reno we were hiring out. Also they even got some quotes for use ahead of schedule before the closing to give us a running start! The only reason I wouldn’t recommend them is because I want to keep them to myself! Justin and Cory are great guys and I’m thankful for the opportunity to work with them and the help that they provided as we bought our first flip!
