I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Claire Watson and the wonderful technicians that work here. My dog Dalinar needed urgent surgery on a Sunday to relieve a bowel obstruction and this clinic got him in within minutes. The entire process was so smooth and Dalinar was back to eating and drinking the very same day. My pup is recovering wonderfully, and the incision looks fantastic. On top of everything else, the prices are also incredibly reasonable. I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic and the people that work here. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby 💙

This clinic is the best. People see urgent care and think inflated cost…NO, not here. My 3 dogs and cat are all patients. The staff and doctors are amazing. We’ve seen them for end of life for one of our fur babies and treatment general care for the others. The cost of services is so affordable and you don’t have to wait to be seen 4 months! Added bonus, they’re open late!!!

3/1/2024- I was worried about my Rottweiler puppy Bears constant drooling and called in to get guidance on when would I know if it was a need to bring him. Miss Lori was the one who answered the phone and was really nice asking me questions about him and how he’s been and not pushy but seemed genuinely interested in his health not just trying to make money. She answered all my questions and didn’t seem like I was a bother or asking any dumb questions. Because of her help, kindness and suggestion of giving me a peace of mind I brought Bears in because i felt he would be in good hands and welcomed before we even arrived! From the people at the front desk to the doctor he saw and the vet techs everyone was very nice and helpful! I was checked on while we waited and they even showed me how to give him his meds for when I take him home! A GREAT staff all around!

They even have complimentary drinks and tv subscriptions! And the pricing is affordable and what you pay at a vet visit, not an arm and a leg for a usual ER visit so even better!!

When times are stressful and worried about your pet you need great people around you and they were just that! Great staff and thank you to everyone! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1000 Stars!

Thank you for seeing my puppy on short notice and also closer to closing time, we didn't feel rushed, and the knowledge from the doctor kept us at ease. Their follow-up next day was truly appreciated. They told us price also before doing anything, unlike other places that add fees without consent. We are forever grateful 🙏🏼

I cannot begin to say enough Amazing things about Dallas Animal Urgent Care and their sister location Mid- Cities Animal Urgent Care. They have gone above and beyond to help and care for my Maltese Mia that has been showing odd symptoms that took us down this journey. Dr. Waite has gone above and beyond for us as has Dr. Hurd, both have been there for us in a way very few vets do and even more in an urgent care setting. With these actions you know they truly care about their patients and they truly want them to be healthy and well. Dr. Roberts is another excellent Dr. there as well. I would recommend all three with glowing reviews. We are continuing to see why Mia has the symptoms she has but I know they are supportive in every step of the process. Oh and their prices are the most affordable I have found in the Urgent Care setting and beyond! Again I recommend with my eyes closed!

I love that they’re open beyond regular hours and on holidays (I had to bring one of my pups in the Friday after thanksgiving last year). All the doctors have been very caring towards both of my pups. They would also do checkup calls despite how busy they are. Prices are reasonable and their “bedside” service are great. 100% recommended!

Excellent place to take your pets, the receptionists are very friendly especially the doctor who attended my kitten Dr. Cole Burchett, DVM was very kind and told me that he had my kitten, the prices and steps we had to do with it. Also the next day he took the time to send me a message and ask about Mochi's health, thank you very much doctor for your kindness. Mochi is better.

I always appreciate the efficient and professional services provided to my cats. One had bladder stones surgery here 2 years ago. Today we came in for a potential UTI and very pleased with today’s visit as well.

My first visit here was on a Sunday for an urgent visit. What a great clinic, caring doctors, and reasonable prices! I expect crazy costs for a weekend drop in visit but this place rocks with cost and service! They were very nice to my cat and helped him with his issue. Dr Waite was wonderful. And they even texted to check on my cat the following day. I waited maybe 20 min from when I came in to when I saw the doctor (but they checked on him first to make sure he was okay waiting). It’s a drop in only place.

Definitely a great place to bring your pets. My Boston had an unexpected back injury on a Sat. First time coming here, filled out the info, and they already had us in a room. Completely transparent with process and cost. He’s already getting back his goofy ways.

The doctors and staff are amazing. They take the best interest of their patients, not anything else. The price is very affordable and transparent.

I would highly recommend Dallas Animal Urgent Care. I have taken my dog here a few times to get him checked out out for different things. Staff is super friendly and service is fast. I brought my dog here on Friday night for what I thought would be a minor check up and found out he had cancer spreading. I made the very difficult decision to put him to sleep so he would not be in any more pain. As hard as this was Dr.B was truly amazing. Answered all my questions and gave me as much time as I needed with my sweet Marshall before letting him cross the rainbow. I truly felt cared for and knew my dog received the best care from them. Will always recommend them.

Dallas Animal Urgent Care has been so great with my dog. Received the recommendation from my dog sitter Lisa 🤗, and she was completely correct. They are so helpful, gracious, caring, and knowledgeable. This is not a money grab veternarian location. Completely trust the staff at Dallas Animal Urgent Care. From Dr. Watson to Dr. Woodruff to Dr. Stepanek, the care did not stop. Front desk staff, volunteers, and nurses were all nice and helpful. First time here, was referred by Ace's vet. Three employees met us at the door and immediately took Ace back for his vitals, then they put him in a room with a blanket on the floor and brought me in. The Vet came in and asked questions and left, then another employee came and took Ace for blood work and X-rays. It's pretty nice and very professional here, all the employees are friendly and helpful. I hope your animals don't need emergency help but if they do this would be the place to bring them.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We brought our dog here after she managed to eat a few grapes. They acted quickly and appropriately when other clinics in our area had given us a 3 hour wait time. The place is so clean and inviting. The people- from front desk to the doctors- were amazing. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

I'm so grateful for this urgent care for saving my sister's cat. Our original vet told her that the prognosis wasn't good and that we had to put him down. I didn't trust his judgment, so I begged my sister to come here for a second opinion. They said he was treatable, and we've been working very closely with this urgent care to get him back on his feet. It's been several months since our visit here, and I'm glad to say her cat is doing extremely well and back to his normal self. Thank you so much for caring and giving us hope. We're all so deeply grateful for your team for saving his life. Every single person we've interacted with has been so kind and caring. I will always recommend this place to family/friends. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. When I first brought my kitten Cowboy to them, he had seen two previous vets, gone through multiple rounds of different antibiotics, and had been wearing an e-collar for nearly 2.5 months. I was at my wits end. Dr. Ritter consulted all of the previous vets and came up with a reasonable game plan. They were extremely responsive and would text me updates from their office messaging portal. I could respond back and get a good idea of when I should bring him back, what next steps are, etc. After starting him on two rounds of prednisone and continuing an antibiotic, he is 99% healed. Because he has FeLv, I wasn’t sure how long he’d even live, or if he would live long enough to get his collar off. As of this week, he is collar free and so happy and healthy! I started crying in my car on the way home. I am so grateful I found this place. Also, their prices are extremely competitive!

Always very quick to get us in a room, and always do the best job taking care of my baby. We have been here for a dog bite, and an eye infection. They are very quick and inexpensive. My baby even loves the people here! He normally hates going to the vet, but gets excited to go here. We love DAUC!

Convenient and wonderful competent and kind staff. I have 3 cats and a dog and I have been here several times now and always had a great experience.

I’ve been meaning to post this for 2 weeks now but life is busy. This is the second time I had to bring my little potato boy in and each time has been great. I’ve had him for almost ten years and throughout the years I’ve taken him to a couple vets and we always get the scared looks or judgement because he’s a pitbull and most times we don’t get treated. I guess that comes with the breed but I have to say the service here is loving and caring. Whether they are scared of him or not they still treated him with care and made sure I knew what he was getting. I think this care facility shows exactly what a veterinarian should be and I will forever be grateful to them for their kindness. Jaxon has gotten a lot better since his time there. They will always be first choice in an emergency should I ever need to bring him again. Thank you Dr. Waite & staff for your awesome services. 🫶🏽😌
