I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience here a few days ago has me wanting to make sure this employee gets recognized. From the moment I walked into the store Levy made me feel completely at ease. This was my first time going into an actual adult store, haven’t had the courage to do it. She welcomed me with a smile and offered her assistance should I need it. I was a little overwhelmed at the amount of different toys and ended up pacing for a few minutes trying to figure out what the heck I was looking for. She came over and asked if I needed help. I explained it was my first time and I had no idea what I was looking for. She was very kind and understanding, which she had no idea how much that meant to me. What could have been a terrible, embarrassing experience was actually an easy fun one. By the end of it we were laughing like old friends. I don’t know if the owners read these reviews but I hope you read this one. Levy is an amazing employee and I can’t tell you how lucky you are to have her. I will definitely be a repeat customer as long as she is there! Already planning my next visit as her recommendation was spot on and now I want more haha. If I could give 10 stars for customer experience I would. Don’t miss out on this place and ask for Levy when you go! You won’t be disappointed!!

Kinda high priced but employees are cool

Stayed on the phone with her mom while checking me out, had her boyfriend in shop, didn't ask me for my rewards..

HORRIBLE!! My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of town. We purchased over $150 in lingerie, lube, etc. We told the sales associate that were from out of town. Being that we are leaving to go home the associate said we don't need a receipt. All good. However, one of the pieces of lingerie was the incorrect size. We came back when they opened the next morning and they would not let us exchange for the right size. The piece being returned was brand new and not worn. It was "explained" to us that there were no exchanges. So where was the signage? Nowhere. She then said since I didn't have a receipt they wouldn't do anything. I offered to show the credit card transaction, but nope. So in the end we left the brand new lingerie there as it was an XL and we needed a small. Horrible customer service. They could care less how much money we spent which is fine, but it should have been explained to us that all sales are final. There was no signage saying this either, so who's really in the wrong?? All we wanted to do is exchange sizes. Horrible. I would NEVER recommend such a shady business who employs rude associates.

I came in on at 9:30 on a Friday with my partner website says they're open until 11pm and store hours on the door do as well, a sign on the door stating masks required, which we were both wearing. We tried to open the door and it was locked the lady in the store would not allow us in.
