Wow! What a gem of an establishment. Dr. Rhonda Eichenberger was great! Very friendly and helpful with my needs. I learned a lot about my condition and what steps I need to take in the future, so very informative. Also an incredible bargain over the other podiatrists in the area.

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Went to this office for the 3rd time today. First 2 experiences were fine but this time was awful. For being a small business owner you would think this woman would want to please others.

The entire visit she had a bad attitude not only to me (the patient) but also to the people working the front desk who basically do everything for her besides the procedures. I asked for an itemized receipt for my insurance that just stated what i paid for and you would have throught i asked for her to cut off her arm and give it to me. The entire time she was rude and unprofessional. Then she proceeded to walk out of the room while was foot was numbing to get my papers and i could hear here slamming papers around and sighing. She came into the room where i was and slammed the papers on the table telling me "here's all your papers" and rolling her eyes.

She then proceeded to get an attitude with the receptionist (who I'm pretty sure was new) and told her she would take a picture of how she wants things so she doesn't forget. This is not how you speak to people.

If you are looking for a personable doctor to go to this is not the place. I will not be returning to this office and for the lack of service they get, I don't think many people do. I mean look how she replied to the last person who left a bad review! RUDE. RUDE. RUDE.

Confirmed my appointment time before arriving, was told to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out paperwork, no one in office when I arrived….. Waited 20 minutes and eventually left without seeing the podiatrist - door was locked and office was empty. Not a good first
Impression, would’ve appreciated a phone call, text message or email explaining why the podiatrist would be a NO SHOW!!!

Dr. Eichenberger was unprofessional, disorganized, and rushed. She erroneously tried to bill for services not provided. She discussed my treatment and insurance details loudly (embarrassingly) in the waiting room. She is an in-network provider and yet she has refused further treatment stating that the contracted insurance payment “isn’t enough money”. Unethical at best!
