When I was rear ended I really did not want to get a lawyer involved. However, I was given the runaround for a month and was given no other choice. The insurance company said they had expedited their investigation, and had found the person who hit me at fault. Katie Brophy is a fantastic attorney! I was referred to her by a friend for whom she did a great job handling a divorce case. I was in a wreck in July of 2019. A young adult rear ended me. She admitted to me that she was on her cell phone. As a mother, I reminded her to never say that. I thought I was fine.
