Larry III was so helpful helping me order a new washing machine and dishwasher. He was knowledgeable about the products, and asked questions about what my usage is like and recommended the best products, not the most expensive, but what actually would be the best machine for my needs. Their master installer, Lee was absolutely wonderful. First off, I needed to reschedule the delivery and it was extremely easy, just a quick text to Lee and a new date was set. On install day, He replaced my washing machine and then took out my 15 yr old dishwasher, replaced all the gross hoses, air gap and also put in my new faucet. My entire sink looks brand new! We got new appliances through Home Depot a couple years back, and this was SUCH a better experience and it comes with a warranty I can just directly contact Larry to schedule maintenance, instead of a huge corporate office somewhere. Highly recommend!

What can be said about Bonnycastle Appliance?? Well, only that they are an exceptional company that follows through with everything. They are honest, hardworking, and, will suit all of your appliance needs.
I had a devastating fire, and, when ready, they were here to install, and, cater to my every whim!
This is a company with high standards to help you create a masterpiece. I ordered the CAFE Series, and, it's stunning. They even give you a tutorial on how to use all of the appliances.
I ran the dishwasher, and, had to lean in to make sure it was working! So quiet!
So, run, don't walk to Bonnycastle! You will be doing yourself a disservice if you don't.

I had a great experience with Bonnycastle when we purchased our first set of laundry machines after moving into a house without these appliances. When we decided we wanted a second set, I was overwhelmed thinking about how I’d find someone to cut the dryer vent, do the plumbing, and add an electrical plug for the new machines. I called bonnycastle to explain what I wanted. They came out and verified it was feasible given our current setup, and then we were off to the races. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they were able to handle all aspects of adding the second set, so I never had to find different tradesmen myself for each component of the project. This was extremely helpful and reassuring. The machines were in stock, and I was doing dual loads of laundry within a week! Bonnycastle turned what I thought would be a nightmare project into a dream. Highly recommend this company for when you have a complicated appliance project that requires more than simple installation. Bonnycastle will be our first stop for future appliance needs.

My family purchased an entire suite of appliances from Bonnycastle. Normally we shop at major retailers for a better price, but the prices were comparable across the board. From top to bottom, we received outstanding service. Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Our sales rep (Dan) kept in touch with us till all appliances were plugged in, something you don't get from major retailers! Warehouse employees and delivery crew were kind and went over the top to provide top notch service. One appliance had been damaged in manufacturing, they replaced it without hesitation within a couple days, delivering the replacement appliance from Louisville to Elizabethtown!!

I shop appliances often at Bonnycastle. The sales people are professional, prompt, and always looking for manufacturer promotions to help our clients save. Absolutely visit their showroom! My salesperson was Dan Kaplan and he provided excellent service. He answers emails faster than most people answer texts! He kept in contact with me through out my entire kitchen remodeling project and kept me updated on the status of my appliance orders. He even followed up with me after each install to make sure all was well. He is also a very nice person! I recommend you ask for Dan when you visit their showroom.

THERES NO HASTLE AT BONNYCASTLE !!! I needed a washer on the fly and for a good price. Home depot was a 2 week wait. Bargain supply was just under 2 weeks. These folks had it there the next day. It took 8 minutes to purchase and set up delivery. Thank you to Lee Lutz for the help in store. Leroy Miller delivered it and it's perfect! Thanks so much Team!

I have always thought the measure of a business was not when everything goes right but how they respond when it doesn't. I worked with Larry Link on getting a new induction range. Of course there was a six month wait time and when it was delivered one sensor did not work. A few days later another went out. when new parts came in, they did not work either. None of this was Bonnycastle's fault or Larry's but he went above and beyond to get a solution to the problem and make sure I was a satisfied customer. This is a trying time for all but certainly made it much less stressful than it could have been. Thanks Larry.

Dan is the best. As a REALTOR I have sent clients to him and I had him get a me new fridge as well. He goes above and beyond when determining the right choices for his customers. My clients and I drive upwards of 90 mins to use Dan instead of closer options because he and Bonnycastle are the best.

I had a great experience with Bonnycastle Appliances. I ordered a refrigerator through Paul McDonald that was back ordered and he was very kind and patient with me as I would call in for updates on arrival time. I live on the THIRD floor with *no elevator* and the 2 delivery men didn't complain at all and were very nice. (I believe one was named Joe and I didn't catch the other) HIGHLY recommend Bonnycastle Appliances

A little old with a little new, great service, we started at lowes, but past Bonnycastle on the way home. There was no pressure, they staid within our budget and with an old home with a weird shaped Kitchen found us all new appliances that would fit. They connected us with installers that were awsome, on time and respectful. Thank you thank you -

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was not impressed with the installer. He seemed unable to turn the water off, something we were able to do. He stated the reason he didn't want to install the dishwasher was because of liability. Updated note: Bonnycastle Appliances did get an installer to hook up the dishwasher.

When our usual appliance store closed, Bonnycastle was recommended to us, and what a great recommendation. My first experience was with Jason, with whom I had carried on a lengthy email conversation. He answered all my questions immediately. When my husband and I entered the pristine and professionally arranged store, Jason showed us the appliances we had discussed in emails, and we purchased those suggested. I thought things could not get any better until yesterday when our one LONE installer arrived - Lee Hamblin with Empire Appliances. Lee worked diligently, for over 4 hours, giving us beautiful results. His precision, (including trimming a cabinet for the fridge to fit) knowledge of the product and courtesy were all so appreciated. Oh, and did I mention, I think he left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived.

We had some hiccups with delivery and delays on our appliances. Mostly related to the manufacturer. She worked to get us replacement models without our prompting and kept us in the loop throughout the process. She was always responsive to my e-mails and phone calls.

When a rebate difficulty arose, she worked to remedy the situation.

I sincerely appreciate her effort.

What can I say… My mother-in-law met a salesman named Dan and he had the patience to help her find EXACTLY what she needed. It was no small feet. He stood by her throughout the whole process, giving updates and answering any questions she had. We are building a house and will be visiting Dan to buy every single appliance we need.

This is my third time purchasing appliances from Bonnycastle. Did a lot of research the first time around. They earned my business and I don't look anywhere else. Quality products, competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Shoutout to Paul M. Love that they know me by name and love keeping it local.

This is an EXCELLENT place to buy appliances. They have great follow up and attention to detail. We had a couple of installation issues and Michael worked them through to completion. Their prices are very competitive. It's a great appliance store right in our community!
