The owner of this store is such a pleasure! I enjoy hearing his stories of life. He really goes above and beyond to help you. I really appreciate his help with my children’s phones. Smart Tech Pro Repair will forever be our “go to” place. I went 3-times in one week. He took care of us! Fast and efficient! We highly recommend.

Mr Adam was impeccable, fast, and friendly. He fixed my RCA tablet in no time when others told me I should just by another. He is worth his price in gold and then some. Next time, i'm getting my phone screen repair led which he was honest didn't need repairing at the moment. He could have just said, let me fix it...but he is so honest. Will return and send others.

What was going to cost me $75 and a couple of hours was fixed in 5 minutes at no cost because of the owners honesty. If I had of went else where I have no doubt they would have went through with the procedure and took my money despite of the 5 minute simple fix.

So I took my phone there to get a cracked screen fixed for $140. Arrived only to hear a story of how it took so long to fix AND how I had “supposedly bent the phone my phone” beyond recognition though I know I had not. When I received my phone it was operational until I turned the screen off. The phone proceeded to blink on and off and I’m currently unable to get it to stop. Only the screen was broken when I took it in but now, from his opinion, the “motherboard” is faulty. In my opinion, by the way his grandson or whoever was acting, they already KNEW the phone was inoperable BUT the owner continued with his fugazy narrative of how he “attempted” to repair my device even though I told him from the jump that I knew better. My conclusion: it’s a no from me. ZERO stars if that were an option

Took my Android to get the touchscreen fixed. Was told $50. Ok. Come back two days later, homeboy gives this dramatic show about oh how he worked Soo hard on this and it took him so long, like he wants a tip or extra money or something. But, he says, he fixed my "Chinese junk". Creepy. No, I'm not giving a tip. I pay $50 and walk out. Battery runs down and when I plug it in, I find that now the power connection doesn't work. Scam. Don't trust.

Couple days ago I try to replace my iPhone 📲 12pro camera lens it was crak when I was there they told me it cost 60 dollar 💵 after that I letrly there 3or 4 times also noticed lens was not replaced correctly definitely not good one service are very bad also they don’t know how to talk customer 😒
