My husband took me here today. I love the selection, the prices are great and the 2 gentleman working were so kind. I bought one pair of shoes but I'm sure I will go back.

Wonderful assortment of hats which they have all year long. Also was there when they had their shoes on sale. Owners gracious to actually take me back to my hotel. Wonderful southern hospitality.

Incredible store for Derby hats and fascinators, as well as sparkly, unique, and colorful shoes. I wear a size 5.5 and can never find shoes that fit me in-store: I was able to try on five pairs and purchase two, which is a huge rarity for me. The staff was helpful and friendly, but not pushy. I will definitely return!

I haven't been to Picks since I was a little girl and my aunt worked at the shoe store on Preston. They always had beautiful shoes and still, nothing has changed everyone is so nice and they have a shoe for every occasion.

Kelsey was AMAZING! Best customer service ever! We were riding the scooters in downtown Louisville and my flip flops weren’t cutting it. This was the only shoe store within walking distance…. I’m so glad because this store was amazing! Great experience all the way around and my shoes are so cute.

When to pix shoes looking for a Kentucky Derby hat for Churchill Downs this year. The store had the best price fascinators in Louisville. Simply amazing store.

Miss Carol is the best. She knows her shoe bussiness. They have some of the prettiest dress shoes and handbags. And if U looking for comfort, she has them too. BLESSINGS to U Miss Carol.

I have to edit my intial review due to what happened afterwards, which makes the store even greater. My husband and somehow dropped our hard copy Derby tickets between buying hats at Pix and shopping in NULU. When we called, Carol took the time (with a store FULL of customers on one of the biggest shopping days of their year) to walk around the store AND outside to check for them and tried to connect us with someone to help. This is the difference of shopping with local institutions -- they care about their customers and their community. SO many thanks to this team and can't wait to see you next year!

1st time shopping here and I literally was blown away.... Excellent customer service, great prices and lots of selections! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted which was a pink fascinator walked out with a gorgeous blush colored hat that the owner picked out for me. Loved the 1 on 1 service, the owner is very classy and personable. Definitely will be returning!

Carol and John helped me find the perfect little fastener before heading to the derby. Very kind people. Great store with awesome shoes. If I wasn’t traveling, I would have bought some shoes too!

A very dangerous place to visit when your a shoe fanatic!! Great service by owners, found my perfect boots for my sons upcoming wedding...so many shoes, sandals, purses , hats to choose from, great prices and can’t wait to go back!!! I saw a beautiful painted purse that had my name on it!!

Friendly staff. Personalized service. Many brands available that are manufactured in the US. Will order SAS shoes for sizes not in stock. Great numbers of Derby Hats and fashionable purses. **Many customers brought in their Derby dresses to match their hat purchase. My order came in quickly.

I would give 6 stars if it were an option. The absolute best shopping experience. Not only is this the #1 place to get your Derby Hats(yes, I bought more than one), the shoe deals are to die for. To top it off the customer service ROCKS!!!

Carol was absolutely amazing and got me into a pair of warm boots for the UK/Louisville game when I left mine over an hour away. 100% recommend! Amazing customer service!

Great place to shop for shoes, boots and purses. Carol and the staff are friendly. The buy one get one for a penny is well worth the trip to Preston. They also have masks and hats.
