This is by far one of the most friendly places ever, they have an honest selection of Whiskey, is it the biggest? No but its fair price and the owner is honest and kind. The biggest attraction However is the bourbon bar that boasts the best prices for hard to find Whiskey to taste. And rightfully so, i got to try my first ever taste of anything van winkle. If you're in the area from out of state swing by you won't regret it

What an amazing liquor store! Stopped in to do some bourbon hunting and tastings while I was in Louisville for the day and loved it! Their bourbon selection is fantastic with tons of store picks and a good bottles on the shelf for really good prices.

The star was that tasting bar. They have great selection of some really hard to find bottles that you can buy pours of for reasonable prices. The young lady helping us out knew her stuff and was willing to chat while we sipped our selection.

Very happy we checked out Evergreen during a visit to Louisville with my wife. The selection was solid and prices were fair. Their bar was especially impressive - we had several pours of high end bourbon bottles that were triple the cost elsewhere. Overall service, friendliness, and knowledge of their products was top notch. Tom was particularly helpful and fun to chat with. Can’t wait to go back and couldn’t recommend enough to stop in Evergreen Liquors.

Kentucky bourbon, yeah, I was like a kid in a candy store. Best part was you could get a flight of whisky samples. Great place to buy a souvenir or gift bottle for someone back home.

I had spent the day foolishly looking for a bottle of Blanton's. I thought I'd have an easier time finding it in bourbon country than from where I'm from. I was wrong. But no matter. I was able to satisfy my curiosity at Evergreen Liquors. Six bucks for an ounce. Worth it. They have a huge selection of things to try. I wish I had had more time.

My wife and I stayed in Louisville to do the Bourbon Trail. We were bottle hunting and were recommended to go to Evergreen. We didn't realize at the time, but there is a tasting bar inside. Ann, Alicia, and Tom were all amazing hosts for us. We spent 4-5 hours here over the course of our trip because of the hospitality and wide selection of bourbons. Excellent service and can't wait to visit again.

Huge selection of bourbon without the price gouging of other stores. The tasting room has a great selection of bourbons you can purchase samples, from easy to find bottles to rarities.

Clean, prices are good, and you can sit at the bar and purchase samples of whatever bourbon you may wish to buy. A very nice liquor store.

Best place to sample bourbons you'll probably never buy. We were in town visiting the bourbon trail. Found this place via Google reviews and we were not disappointed. The price for bourbon pours are fabulous. We were able to taste bourbons we probably would have never tried. Tom the bartender was knowledgable and made some great recommendations!

After you've been on all the tours, you have to stop here to try the bourbons you've missed. Evergreen was the perfect place to wrap up our weekend.

Tom is the best. Highly recommend as long as he’s behind the bar! Very knowledgeable, will be back again.

I am an admitted bourbon snob. At Evergreen I got to try (affordably) juice from bottles that you rarely see on the shelves. The bartender based samples on my palate and feedback from what I tried when there. Went home with two great bottles. So many liquor stores in Louisville / Bardstown / Lexington are museums with overpriced bottles collecting dust...this is the exact opposite. Evergreen is GREAT!

Impressive selection and probably the fairest prices I have encountered at a store of this caliber in or outside of Kentucky. Wish I had more room in my suitcase as I would’ve loved to leave with a few of their store picks!

Super almost illusive place to hide craft beer and premium bourbon with a tasting bar and cigar humidifier. Dont forget to try the $5 shot of the day. Our bourbon tender was Ford. Too good and super knowledgeable. My guy. Cheers!

Great little spot to get really good pours at great prices. Tom is great and makes the experience enjoyable, whatever you are paying Tom you need to double his pay! Will be back every visit.
