Excellent customer service! Very friendly employees make you feel valued as a customer. They are there to assist their customers with any financial need. I've been a KEMBA Louisville CU member for more years than I care to count. The teller staff is always helpful and professional. I've also had several loans and it's always been more than competitive rate wise. I also use and recommend the KEMBA Louisville app for online banking. My only complaint is I wish there were more locations!

Kemba always goes above and beyond to take care of me, even going as far as to call me within minutes when someone tried to make fraudulent charges on my debit card. Never had a problem with getting a loan or anything. The only possible complaint I could have is how hard it is to get someone on the phone sometimes, but I will gladly deal with a minor issue like that in exchange for the level of service they give.

I got my first car loan and got a nice 2010 Nissan Altima. I’ll have my car paid off in 2 and a half years only 50$ a week. Thank you kemba for being the only bank that had faith in me!
