I love the fact that this location is open till 12am. There have been a few times that I either needed to rent a tool or grab a part after everything is typically closed and this store was literally the only option. The guys are always helpful. They will do their best to get you what you need or help you figure out a solution even when you're walking through the door at 11:50pm. It's definitely nice to have a place that stays open like they do. Super convenient, helpful friendly staff, lots of in stock parts etc. Overall great location!

The people that work here are phenomenal! They were able to get the parts I needed fast and even recommended a few other options as well. If it's parts you need or advice on what to do I would definitely recommend them.

Great staff but very slow service due to lack of people

Employees have always been professional and helpful and anytime I need a part for my vehicle if I cannot find it anywhere closer to me then I know I can call here and more times then not they have what I want which makes sense, since they are there the store that stocks the other auto zones when customers make requests for things they don't have in stock plus like the other anyone you can rent out specialty equipment for a different prices but when u turn it back in they Give your money back

This autozone is so wonderful to have near my house. They are so helpful. Joe was wonderful to offer to help me put my lights in. He was just passing me in the parking lot and offered to help. He helped me get them inside the store, then also put them in my car. It is so hard to get customer service these days with a smile and eagerness to help. God Bless you JOE. Autozone is blessed to have an employee like you. Your kind is hard to find.

Omar Ahmed is the best employee makes me feel like family always working every day seem like in also Ethan Wood is is two of the best people too look for when it come to the popular level store location they make you feel comfortable always willing to figure it out with you

Matthew Jump was very helpful finding the correct windshield wipers for my car and replacing my old ones for me

I cane in to purchase something for my negative battery terminal as the terminal that held to the post was rusted and split. I did not know how to install it nor what part to purchase. Ethan grabbed the correct part, tools and not only showed me how to do it, he performed the work for me. Outstanding service.

This is the hub store for our local area. So Everytime my local store doesn't have anything i have to go here to get the parts that I need. Staff is always helpful. Only thing I never get is why ask what type of motor I have if I'm getting windshield wipers. I know the computer ask a bunch of silly questions but the wipers are the same whether it be a V8 or 2wd 4wd.

Once again came through like a champ! Had my alternator in stock. The only place that did have. Thank you!

I needed a battery for my 2008 Chevy Cobalt. They had one in stock and Justin G was wonderful! He installed the battery for me and I was on my way in no time. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely recommend this store.

Technical person helped me out and did a great job offering the most economic way of completing the job.

Went to get windshield wipers. The Manager, Ethan , was very helpful and friendly. He provided great customer service . He even showed me how to put on my windshield wipers for the future. Will be back

I was driving back home from KY, when my car's oil light illuminated. With about 250 more miles to go for my trip, I found this AutoZone. Thank goodness, a manager named, "Justin G", was extremely kind, professional, knowledgable and helpful. I don't know what I would've done if he didn't assist me since I had no idea that my car engine was extremely low on oil!!! Justin helped me choose the 0W30 oil needed in my car, and then added the oil to my engine. I was unable to lift and pour the oil. Thanks tons AutoZone and Justin for saving the day and my car!! I'm forever grateful!

If this AutoZone don't have the part you need you won't find it anywhere in Louisville.
