Prestige Car Wash

Nice people, car always looks good. You could nit pick it but I don’t pay for “detail” so I can’t complain. I don’t live in Louisville but I go out of my way to go to this Car Wash.

One of the few car wash services that still cleans your interior. They do an exceptional job at a fair price. Worth the wait on busy days. I have been using them for over 5 years highly recommend.

Great car wash! One of the few that has the finish touch of individuals wiping it down by hand. You can add extras like using Armor All to the leather inside. It’s like a car detail but only a fraction of the cost. They cleaned the insides of the door and in between the seats as well. A great value for the money!

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me after this review and explained what he thinks may have happened this day. He was extremely nice and willing to help solve my problems. He wants to bring my car back in and let them try again, free of charge. Unfortunately I have been unable to go back yet, but will update this once I do.

$36 for a car Wash and I still need to get it washed! The front is still covered in bugs and dirt. I asked for my rubber floor mats to be cleaned and they look like someone smeared them with a muddy rag! $6 extra for interior polish that is only on my dash, but they left a big hand print on my leather seats. No air freshener, it smells like dirt. Bare minimum cleaning on my wheels. Horrible! Negative stars if possible.

This is my favorite car wash in Louisville. The people there are friendly and they do a great job cleaning my car. They do take a little longer than other car washes I've been to, but I think it's because they take more time to prep the car before it is washed. It takes time to thoroughly vacuum the car and clean the wheels before it enters the wash. Other car washes typically leave streaks on my windows, but Prestige always does a much better job. I've spoken with the new owner and he seems like he is always trying to improve the speed of the wash while maintaining good quality.

Prestige Car Wash is fantastic! Every time I have been I have received a quality care, and a superb wash. I have never had any issues. Car always leaves looking like it is brand new which is all if you could ask for. The staff is always pleasant and the hours are convenient.

I've been to many carwashes in Louisville and Prestige won my business by being the best in town! As a "regular", I'm surprised by some of the reviews and wanted to share my experience. My cars are always well taken care of and I leave satisfied. As I've gotten to know the staff I can tell you that they'll take care of you. If there's ever a problem I'm 100% certain it'll be resolved immediately.

I was told the place changed owners about a week ago. Took a few minutes, but my van was cleaned to perfection. Inside, outside, wheels etc. Monday is men's day and Wed is Ladies day. $2.00 discount on those days. Total "whole nine yards" as they call it. $19.95. Very pleased with the job I received. They will be my new car wash of choice.

Great service. Friendly courteous staff. Removed my bumper magnets so they would not get damaged or post. Cleaned the interior as opposed to other car washes. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this car wash! The staff is so friendly and the prices are hard to beat. I'm always so impressed by how clean and new they can make my 1995 explorer look! 10/10 would always recommend!

I've used Prestige since they opened, not sure how long that is. I do remember the Gorilla if that means anything. I have always had great service, nice employees, clean lobby and fast service. Even when my car was filthy, they would rewash until it came clean. Keep local and use Prestige!

We drive all the way from Clarksville Indiana to have our shop van detailed. They always leave it sparkling shiny and clean. 5 stars! I highly recommend them! The owner, Billy, seems like he genuinely cares about his customers experiences as well.

Stop in here every other week they are always courteous and do a great job. Also offer tips when needed. They definitely take pride in the job they do and can get it done within 10-15 minutes depending on the traffic. Definitely recommend! Great Job Team!

My car was so full of mud and dog hair I thought about driving it into a lake. The outside of the backseat driver’s side door was covered in dry doggie saliva. They did a great job. I thought I was going to have to detail it or have it detailed. Not anymore. It looks new.

Very very rude! They need to have their entrance and exits clearly marked. I had never been to this car wash and turned left into the lot... No signage to show that it was one way and the exit of the car wash. The employees litterally just shook their heads and me and SCOWLED. Rather than politely letting me know that I pulled in the exit and pointing me in the right direction to the entrance. Beyond rude and won't be going back! Drove 2 miles out of the way to go to Z's car wash!

Prestige has many wonderful employees that always take great care of my car. My car always comes out nice and clean every time! The customer service is amazing. This is my favorite place to take my car.

Got the whole 9 yards with the Jerry’s best upgrade. Very good deal. My car was pretty rough and they had it looking and smelling better than it had in years.

My wife laughs at me because I carry buckets, sponges, water jug, etc... in my trunk. I'd go to the spray booths and using their sprayer I'd do my thing. I had been discouraged by car washes long ago so doing it myself was the labor of compromise I have accepted. After driving by for years, I pulled in today. Got the basic wash because I didn't know what to expect. I got my car back and I was liberated! Spending the money and having someone else supply the labor was great. For the same cost of plugging quarters into a spray slot I got to sit and watch. I will be back!
