I just completed the installation of an EMCO Storm Door SKU818771. For someone who never installed a Storm Door your instructions were perfect to guide me thru the installation process. I was dreading to do the door install, so much so that l put it off over three months after l picked up the door. Your company manufactures a superior product with excellent fit and finish.
I am very satisfied and would recommend EMCO Enterprises and their products to anyone.

I purchased an EMCO storm door, p/n =504117, summer 2022. It was, hands down, the best engineered kit I've ever dealt with, you can't go wrong if you read (perhaps, for some people, study) the included instructions. And instructions were not only clear, but logically organized. I've dealt with a lot of instruction / installation guides, this one is brilliant. I suspect a lot of the bad reviews are due to operator incompetence.

Customer service was helpful in identifying the part I needed but could you PLEASE use agents who speak English better? I don't care if the agent is from China, just please use agents WE can understand better.

Ordered a screen door repair kit, not for normal home owners. Returned the kit was told there would be a restocking fee. It has been one month since Anderson receive the kit back, still no refund. The sliding/hidden screen door is the worst will never buy Anderson Doors Again.

Purchased a replacement handle that I needed to return. Returned it in March and they confirmed that they received it. They said they processed my refund on April 7 and said I would received the credit on my credit card in 7-10 days. Now it is August and I still haven't received my refund. Just called again (always have to wait forever to talk to someone and then you can hardly understand them) and because it is a weekend they can't do anything and I have to call back on Monday.

This company is completely Fraudulent!!!!! They do not back up anything under their warranty. Their company should be shut down as they provide no service that they claim.

A nightmare. The storm sash will not seat into the head rail; a 5/16" gap exists. A call center rep. says this is normal. This person spoke broken English from who knows where. Stay away from this product/people. Andersen Corp. made a HUGE mistake acquiring this line.

Wish zero stars was an option, Bought an EMCO door (Andersen) and was missing almost everything BUT the actual door in the box. Says on the box that "DO NOT RETURN TO STORE, call this number." Yet when I called and said my issue, EMCO/Andersen tried to charge me ALMOST $100 FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT SHOULD'VE COME IN THE FIRST PLACE. That's what I paid for the door in the first place.....now its just collecting dust until i cut it up and use it for firewood.

The forever warranty is worthless. My door info states the door is warranted for as long as I own it. Now they say the door has been discontinued and therefore they cannot honor the warantee
