My Favorite Muffin, East Louisville: Talk about top notch customer service! I reached out at 9:00 PM (they close at 6:00 PM) for a next day, 6AM order of 12 dozen mini muffins. I received an immediate response and my order was ready just 8 hours later. Betsy, thank you for helping me in a pinch. Your muffins are amazing, as well as you and your employees!

Great place! Pleasantly surprised with the selection, and my customers loved them. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and accommodating. Styler helpful. Highly recommended for a good muffin shop with great customer service.

My favorite muffin has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. So much so that I ask for them on my birthday instead of a cake! I love the minis the best because I can have a variety of flavors, of which there are many to choose from. They really are the best muffins in town! All of the flavors I’ve had are incredible, you really can’t go wrong no matter what you choose.

Absolutely, my favorite muffin! These muffins are amazing, so moist and tasteful. The chocolate with cheesecake is the best, such a wonderful blind and amount of cheesecake with the chocolate. Such a clean, friendly place. The owner is so kind and sweet. This has become our new favorite place.

Love this place! My son and I went for the first time today and got to taste a mini muffin for free, which is a kind gesture and great way to run a business. We got a few different flavors to try, which were all delicious. The cinnamon muffin, double chocolate and lemon we're very good. Staff was friendly and helpful! We can't wait to come back again!

My Favorite Muffin is a hidden gem of Louisville. Wonderful with coffee on a weekend morning. Excellent quality, great selection, regular & mini sizes. My favorites are Coffee Cake, Butterscotch and Chocolate Chip. A Great Place.

This is a local owned only location business that has the most fabulous muffins you could ever imagine. A lot of them are cream filled, my favorite being Pralines and cream. They're so rich that I sell them ever eat a whole muffin. If you go 1 hour before they close they have all the large muffins left $1.25 each. They're really nice size muffins and absolutely delicious.

Very nice staff, and fresh, large, delicious muffins. They had a great deal on the carrot cake muffins the other day for $1.50, for a giant muffin. You can't beat that.

Yummy! Stopped by early... What a selection! So many it made making a selection difficult. But I made my choices, a blueberry cheesecake for now, and an Orange Cranberry for later. Sorry, no pictures; they were gone too fast!

As a former employee of My Favorite Muffin, I can give the insight that it is a great business. The owners are very involved in their business, their employees success, and in customer satisfaction. I had the pleasure of working with their baker and mixer, and I can tell you that the muffins are a wonderful quality and delicious! Even after moving on to different work, I still keep in touch with the owners and come in often for yummy muffins. I would recommend to anyone to work there or become a customer there. Stop in and try one, you won't regret it!
