Brittiany Sells @ Collier Title is the real deal. I've been in the mortgage industry as a lender for almost 10 years and in that time have met dozens of title reps; most of them are nice people, sure, but none of them are Brittiany! You can easily tell even in a short conversation with her that she and the company itself truly are interested in going above and beyond to satisfy their clients and referral partners, but even more importantly than that, they're genuinely interested in always doing what is in the BEST interest of the CLIENT. Unfortunately, not every Realtor, lender, and title company have that same standard... I fully endorse both Brittiany and Collier Title. Top-tier all the way around!

My husband and I had a great experience at Collier title, where we signed paperwork for our home. Brittiany explained each page of the contract and what it meant in plain English so we could confidently & quickly move through the paperwork. We did not feel rushed in any way however and she was more than willing to answer questions and clarify details. The location was easy to find and the snacks & coffee machine were a nice touch. After it was official, we got to take a photo with our realtor on their cute backdrop to mark the occasion. Such a smooth process start to finish!

Best closing I have ever been to! As a realtor, I have been to many. But the staff at Collier was amazing! They were friendly and thorough. Explained everything to us in detail. I will try my best to use them for future closings. If you are looking for a title company, you would do well to call them.

Shawn helped me tremendously when I was selling a condo and purchasing a home. I had a ton of issues with the condo's HOA and she took take of all of it so I didn't have to.
