We LOVE Kim Gable! She goes way above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we are comfortable with our purchases. She is an excellent designer who listens to my ideas and turns them into reality. She is very nice, honest and not pushy. The staff at Bassett Louisville goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of and we appreciate that so very much. Most importantly, we are very happy with the finished product, not only the way it looks but comfort and quality. We are long term, repeat customers that will continue to shop at Bassett.

I had a wonderful experience at Bassett. I was doing a whole house remodel and having a swimming pool constructed at the same time. I worked with Lee Farris picking out pieces since I needed practically all new furniture seeing that I was going open concept with my remodel. Lee was easy to work with and things we picked matched my personality of "not too fussy" I have had many comments about my house being tasteful and comfortable. When working with Lee I found out her love for plants and she even went above and beyond helping me pick landscaping for my new pool. I stopped in the store so much with samples of flooring, paint etc that all the staff would greet me by name. The furniture is very well made and I love my new decor !!

We had a great experience at Bassett Furniture with Kim Gable. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, but not pushy at all. We worked with Kim on choosing and ordering a new sofa and chair. Over the course of a few days when we were making return trips trying to decide, she went above and beyond in listening and showing us many different possibilities. It really helped!!!

We went to a lot of different furniture stores and looked at a lot of dining room tables. Bassett had the best quality and design. Kim Gable offered wonderful advice and helped us pick the perfect table, chair material, and dimensions. She even pulled our paint color swatches to help with matching the right color. So glad we went with a solid table from Bassett, rather than a table with a leaf from a competitor.

I love working with Lee Farris. She has excellent taste and is able to point me to items that are also reflective of my personality. The furniture I bought has made me house a real home. I am super delighted.

We worked with Anne Nguyen to plan, design and order new furniture for our living, family and dining rooms after downsizing from a larger home. Anne was so creative, thoughtful and a great listener. She took time to understand our needs and design preferences. She even advised us on accessories, accent colors and paint. We are thrilled with the look of these rooms and receive a lot of compliments. I recommend Anne highly and would not hesitate to work with her again. She is super talented!

I wanted to say the service I received today at Basset was wonderful. Victor did an amazing job helping us find the perfect sectional. He provided many options of inventory. He was also very prompt and pleasant.

This store is wonderful. The manager Mark Fenstermaker went the extra mile to issue me a refund that I did not realize I had not received. If it were not for his honesty and research I would have missed out on a $2000 refund. My whole experience was fabulous!
