I’ve shopped here before. Very good experience. Pulled up yesterday. Power went out for all the stores in this strip seconds before I parked. They were very sweet and kept apologizing, like they could control the power. They were more worried about me. I was way more worried about them. Color me impressed. My new permanent local store.

Aleah (don’t know if that’s how you spell it) is literally such a gem. She went out of her way to help me find a system that works for me to cut down on nicotine consumption, showed me how to use it, and honestly made the experience very warm and friendly. I have never had a better retail experience than what I had today in store with her (and I’m a retail general manager). She is such an asset to your team and honestly should be consulted for any training because that girl has sales and customer service down to a t.

This company is the best chain of stores in the area. The service is exceptional, and the prices beat other places, sometimes by a long shot. The loyalty program is realistic and I highly recommend a visit.

This took a while to get it to load but I had the pleasure of being helped by Amanda and Koi ( hope that’s spelled right 😂) both were extremely polite and super helpful in helping me pick out my newest mod for my collection. 10/10 would go back for the prices alone.

Best vape shop in town! Super nice people, great products reasonably priced. Have actually driven across town just to buy from them because I know I can trust them. Even clearance items work great and lasts a long time. All CBD/Delta products great too!

This is the best encore in town. Great service, always has knowledge on their products(unlike the other store in st. Matt’s. Don’t go there.) Josh is the best gm ever. Super friendly homies who want to actually help you. 10/10 for sure
