After having my daughter, I was having some leakage when I would cough, sneeze, or lift my child. I came to see Jessica to see if she could help me with these issues. She taught me how to work my pelvic floor in multiple positions and helped me to not have any leakage after only a month of treatment! I would 100% recommend Jessica for pelvic floor treatment!

I went in on 1/23 with some back/neck pain. My own efforts for pain relief were not working. Tommy spent a ton of time with me, it was obvious he really cares about his patients. Tommy recommended some cupping, gave me some exercises to do, and gave me some insight into trying to prevent the issue from occurring again. This level of care is not common!

I have used them for mri, X-rays and even pt for my daughter! Every one of their team members is amazing.

Staff are nice, very courteous. Dr Williams knowledgeable and smart. I prefer the downtown location. Like the reminders because I do forget.

Do NOT fall out of a van at work and twist your knee!! But if you DO, come see these guys! Entire office staff and all the drs and providers are AMAZING! They always call me back as soon as possible when I have a question, and have worked me in everytime I needed to be seen. They are as invested in my healthcare as I am, and that is RARE!! If you are ever injured in a car accident, this is the place to go. Dr. Williams is absolutely amazing. Listens to you and gets you to where you want to be. The Physical Therapy team is out of this world. Katie and the staff make you feel comfortable and really get to the point of what’s working and what’s not. From the front desk receptionist to PT to doctors, Aptiva is 100% hands down the place to go! Thank you!

If I ever need a physical therapy in the future, Aptiva is the only place for me. I started going after a car accident from which I suffered many injuries (concussion, inner ear damage, whip lash, hip damage, etc). The entire staff has been so wonderful, their bed side manor is incredible. I never expected to get the type of results that I was able to achieve, a big part of that was due to the wonderful care I received from Aptiva. I wanna give a huge thanks to the entire staff.

Dr Casnelli is the best, he has done a 4 level fusion on my neck and a 3 level fusion on my back. I recommend him highly and have sent family and friends to him. Sept 2022, Dr Casnelli is still the best but this office has not been. When he was at Norton, best office people ever! This one, well I called first time and a hateful woman answered, was hateful and wouldn’t even make me an appointment! I called back 30 minutes later and got a sweetheart Leah. Now I am trying to find out why they haven’t sent my orders for injections to my pain clinic 5 days later and can’t get a return call! I hate it that such a great doc has went to this!

It's my first time here for an injury while working at Amazon. The staff were all very helpful and professional. I was quite surprised by how quick I was accessed by the doctor. This establishment really deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend Aptiva 👌

I been a patient with Dr Casnellie for many years. Followed him to Aptiva Health. He is the best Spinal Surgeon I have met. He. did several surgeries on my spine. I recommend him highly.

Dr Eads is stellar. This office is literally the epitome of patient centered care. Everyone from reception to the technicians, nothing but great things to say. My husband has had multiple surgeries with Dr Casnellie. Outstanding office. Dr Casnellie is the best surgeon. Kellie the surgery scheduler went above and beyond for my husband. I recommend anyone looking for a spine surgeon to call this office for Dr Casnellie.

Andrea is perfect, helpful and though. I have high hopes for the entire team with her being the first step in the equation. Andrea is smart, has great follow through and also has a great sense of humor.
