Our washer ,wasn't spinning, filling, and it was showing different codes.I called Home Membership and they quickly got me to a great contractor. I had to postpone the appliance repair & call back for a plumber. After the plumber who came quickly did what he needed to do I was able to call the appliance repair who again responded quickly. I am very happy with Home Membership and their contractors.

My company is a contractor for Home Membership. We also contract with other home warranty companies. I will say Home Membership is outstanding and will honor anything that is covered under their contracts. They are reputable, I would not do business with them if they were not!

My experience using Home Membership was excellent. My dryer quit working and I contacted an appliance repairman. While he was repairing the dryer I contacted Home Membership for approval. The repairman was familiar with the company and said he had always been pleased with working with them. We were reimbursed immediately and were not without our dryer for more than a day. We are extremely satisfied that we took a contract with Home Membership.

I have used them twice now since buying my first home in October 2017. My water heater pooped out and I needed it to be replaced, and my furnace ended up going out a couple months later. Both times I submitted a claim online and was contacted within 30 minutes with details about who would be arriving for repairs. Both times the repairmen came quicker than estimated (on the same day) and they were always friendly and were done within an hour. I’ve had no problems with either appliances since they’ve been repaired and I’d definitely recommend them for your home warranty!

My wife and I purchased our home about 3mos ago and our ac unit blower motor went out on one of the hottest days this year. We called our home warranty company ( AIRECS ) and had a response from the repair company within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the contracted company could not arrive until the next day so we called another repair company and had the ac system repaired within a few hours. AIRECS honored the repair due to the extreme heat and the concern for our family's safety. Purchasing the AIRECS home warranty is one of the smartest choices we made while purchasing our home. They have been great to work with, very friendly and understanding. We highly recommend them.

This is the first time I've used HomeMemberbship. I am thrilled, to say the least! When I spoke with Phoebe, she was extremely helpful. She explained how to proceed with the replacement of our complete furnace system. Once the estimate was official, she submitted our request. We received our reimbursement check within a few days. I've used another Home Warranty service in the past. HomeMembership beats them hand down! I am so happy I changed warranty companies!

Home Membership is the best value saving money on home repairs. We had plumbing issues. Cost us nothing. All handled in one trip. They were out to our home same week. The plumber was very awesome and took care of all our issues!

I was very pleased with Home Membership when I needed their assistance. My concerns were resolved in a short time. I sent emails after office hours on a Monday night, and they replied to me before the phone lines opened on Tuesday morning. Phoebe was so kind and professional to work with during entire the process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I have recommended Home Membership to several friends. I have used the service 3 times in the last 6 months. All three times I have gotten fast response and problems taken care of right away! I bought my own house in August 2020. I was going to use another home warranty company because that is who my mom had used for years, but my agent, Kristen Callaway of Gariepy Group, recommended Home Membership. The selling point for me was that they were a local company and not out of state, like the other home warranty company. So I chose Home Membership. Within a week of closing on my home I started receiving Welcome emails with my account information, rates etc. from Erin Kirby, and she was amazing and answered several "first time home owner" questions for me. Erin always followed up quickly and was very nice and professional. On December 10th I had to file a claim for my furnace because it was 17 years old and had rust and holes in it. Unfortunately the claim was denied, at first. It was clear that the rust and holes didnt happen in the less than 2 months of me living in my house so I could understand their side of denying the claim as it was "pre-existing conditions". As a home owner I was upset and did not understand because I bought the home warranty and was told it would either be fixed or replaced. Of course I never read any of the conditions or disclaimers, etc as most people dont. At this point I was upset, mad, furious, confused and honestly scared because my furnace had holes in it and how was I going to get it fixed??? I began working and talking with Jon Coates in the Claims Department. Jon listened to me and to my concerns but also had a job to do and rules to follow. I then had to go directly to the source, the owner, Troy Cummings. I emailed Troy my situation with my thoughts and concerns and basically my panic mode. Troy responded within 5 minutes to my email that he would look into it for me. Long story short, Troy was able to get my claim approved and on December 15th (ONLY 5 DAYS AFTER MY ORIGINAL SERVICE CALL) I had a brand new furnace and heater exchange installed using my home warranty. I know that my situation had some underlying issues between being mislead and my home inspection not disclosing everything, etc but the end result is this...Home Membership went above and beyond from the very start to the very end to make sure that I was taken care of and also that I was communicated with the entire process. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Home Membership as well as particular mention to Erin Kirby, Jon Coates and Troy Cummings. I love the fact that Home Membership is located locally here in Louisville and they truly go above and beyond when it comes to their customers and trying to do whatever they can to make everyone happy. I chose Home Membership not knowing for sure about them except that they are local. Now I chose Home Membership because I know personally how I am treated and talked to. I am not just a claim or a file, they treat me like family, and with respect! I work for a local real estate attorneys office and now I recommend Home Membership to everyone that asks because I know first hand how great and reputable of a company they are. You only had me for a one year contract, now you have my business for a lifetime! Thank you Home Membership! 5 Stars for sure!!!

I have been a Realtor in Louisville for 6 years, and I’ve researched, recommended, and dealt with a number of home warranty companies for my clients, both buyers and sellers. There has been inconsistency with all of those companies, with one exception. Troy and HomeMembership (formerly AIRECS) have achieved consistent positive feedback from every client of mine that has used their warranty services. Their prices are reasonable, coverage is excellent, customer service is responsive, and results are backed by their staff. The fact that they are locally owned and operated is an added bonus, as they seem to go the extra mile, compared to franchises and larger companies with national concerns. I can’t say enough good things. Be sure to check in with HomeMembership, or have your Realtor do so, whenever you are considering a property purchase or sale. Of course, I’ll be glad to help with that as well.

Whew! I’m so happy that I have a home warranty w/ Home Membership. Beau Scott signed me up for my home warranty and today it paid off having it! Our furnace went out. I called Beau Scott and he helped me file a claim. I was contacted by Phoebe (Home Memebrship), and by Tim at TK Heating & Cooling Services. Tim took care of everything! He was back out the next day to install my new furnace! It’s so nice to feel my fingers and toes again! I can’t say thank you enough to these 2 companies! They are the BEST!

Our AIRECS warranty was purchased when we bought a new house. We did not choose the insurance vendor but what a Blessing it has turned out to be!

The greatest gift is that AIRECS is a local company. When something goes wrong with the house, the last thing you need is an unconcerned agent in a different country trying NOT to help you. AIRECS gave us the most personal and sincere attention. They bent over backwards to see that our problem was fixed within a day.

We are new to Louisville and would not have known who to call to find a trusted repairman. AIRECS and their hired technicians had great follow up to be sure we were satisfied with the quality of service. I was blown away with this experience!

Good service is not rocket science but today, it is a rare find. We are so grateful to have found AIRECS!

Been a customer for about 3 or 4 years now and I'm very impressed every time I get the opportunity to talk to one of their pleasant staff members. You see I'm kinda a free spirit that does not really like to bother with the little things. I like to just make my annual payments as simple as possible and be done with it till next year. Well every year they hold my hand and walk me through all the steps when I renew my home and auto policy but still go out of their way to try to save me money and make sure I have the proper coverages. Of all the times I dreaded dealings with other insurance companies in the past the amazing staff at Airecs have always made it a very positive experience for me. Keep up the good work guys and I'll continue to be a longtime customer.
