The UPS Store

There is a young man by the name of Noah who is always so friendly when I come in this store. During Christmas i witness him take on a group of us customers and also helped a man carry in something extremely heavy that he was having sent off. He is always so kind and polite. I’m in here today and only see him at the front desk working i think He help had to handle something in back but He is still so patient and smiling even though there is a group of people in here in line waiting. He definitely needs to be recognized for his excellent service this is every time i come In here. I witness Him helping multiple people at the same time. You all have a great worker. The other man just came back from having to do something in the back name Austin and helped get the line down. Austin check me out and was very friendly and kind.i love This store and will always come here for the kind fast service thank you all. Those two guys need to be recognized. Thank you Noah and thank you Austin!

Joseph was fabulous! I had a very confusing (at least, to me!) Amazon return and this young man never lost his patience — or cool — with me. I very much appreciated his stellar customer service and his kind, considerate attitude — especially since customer service seems to be a dying art. The entire team at this particular UPS Store is wonderful.

I go to this store several times a month to ship online orders. The staff is always friendly and fast. Noah has been one of the employees to help me the most, and is consistently friendly and quick in delivering his service. Thank you!

Tis the season for returns & I had plenty! This UPS store is my favorite place to take care of my shipping, they are quick, efficient & friendly. Joseph was especially helpful today, as well as patient, as I had a lot of packages to ship off.
