Desert Gardens

Just a gem in Las Cruces. Take a drive through you will see the difference between here and other communities. I myself have been fined for street parking, but my drive way was empty. I asked for the picture and was provided a date time stamped photo
I knew the rules when I signed my lease. Overall though I prefer a communities itu with rules then a messy place i am embarrassed about

I really like living here. The girls in the office are always nice and helpful. I hate that people keep hitting the gate in front. It’s broken more than working so that explains the speed bumps.

I really enjoy living in Desert Gardens. The staff and management team are amazing. They do a wonderful job communicating with us, keeping the park clean and planning fun family events. We have a great community and I feel very comfortable and safe. I'm very grateful for everything.

This is the best place to live with children or without! The office staff and maintenance are very helpful.. we have had the best turn around with our new management and wonderful neighbors! Since Sarah has took over the community here at desert gardens we have had the best experience ever!.. she has gave the community a huge facelift and makes us want to live here!.. it is so beautiful how all the colors blend! LOL myself my husband and our three children just absolutely love this place. I think this will be the last place we live! (I don't like moving!) Not to mention the amenities that are included... The park, basketball court, soccer field,full gym, library, swimming pool, and a club house!!.. Sarah and the maintenance crew are more than helpful and very friendly. Any time there is a problem with our house they fix it right away. They keep the park looking nice and seem genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of the neighborhood.

Lived here over a year. 24 hour gym nice pool people care about their houses so the park looks nice Streets need pothole repair

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is well kept. Highly recommend if you want a QUIET place to be.

My Husband and I recently relocated to Las Cruces and have rented a BRAND NEW manufactured home in Desert Gardens. The staff has been WONDERFUL! Rachel, Lorena &Sylvia are friendly and the Maintenance crew have already been SUPER helpful and we've only been here 3 days! We already feel like we're home!

Claudia is the best! She makes everything so easy for you. She makes sure everything turns out great!

Very nice community. Definitely one of the better mobile home communities ive been to next to Mission Estates in El Paso.

Wonderful, family-oriented community. Lots of amenities : pool, year round spa, fitness center, clubhouse, and large outside park with basketball court, soccer field and playground for the kiddos. Come check it out 👍
