I have lived in Florida for about a year. Used to live in Northern Virginia and haven't been too impressed with most of the food options in the area. However, this place is hands down the best bakery I have ever been to. Their pastries are so unique, fresh, and delicious. You will honestly become an addict the first time you visit. When coming if you don't get there within the first hour of them opening (before noon) expect to be waiting in a line because everyone that has been here knows this place is amazing. Their breads are great too, but I really just come for their pastries. Also their lattes are also great as well.

I have never ordered anything from here and not left with a mouth full of happiness.

Also their staff are incredibly friendly and love what they do. You can tell they are all foodies with a passion for baking, and have taken their passion to a point where everything they make is a mini work of art.

I know you may be looking at this review and thinking I am overhyping this place, but I really am not. At the time I am leaving this review I see that they have a 5 star rating on Google and I know I am normally skeptical about places that have only 5 star reviews, but once you eat anything from here you will understand why they only have 5 stars. And I am telling as a foodie that has eaten a lot of bakeries all around the country I am telling you, if nothing else you will not leave disappointed if you eat here.

So delicious! Loved all their different options. Bread. Croissants. Cinnamon rolls. Staff was also super helpful and explained what their options were for thr day. I'll definitely be back

Legitimately amazing bread and pastries! I went on Thursday and Friday, got there 10 minutes before opening and by the time she opened the doors there was already several more people waiting with me. After 2 visits, I can safely say, it's very much worth the hype. I've had the Asiago and the huge loaf was gone in under 24 hours, it's to die for! I've also gotten the strata, bread pudding, pain au chocolat, lemon bar and ham and cheese croissant and shared within my family, everyone was amazed at how delicious each was! I'll definitely be placing a pre order on Tuesday's bc I need that Asiago to be a part of my life every week and I'm not willing to take my chances bc she sells out early almost every day.

The best bakery in Brevard! Everything we’ve tried has been delicious. I love how everything is made from sourdough starter which requires a longer fermentation but adds so much extra flavor and complexity. It’s worth the extra $$$

Paula and her team have perfected sourdough! I used to live in Melbourne and moved to Jacksonville a couple years ago. Yes, there are good bread stores here but nothing that compares to Simply Bread. Every time I visit I have to stock up. Melbourne has a treasure in having this delicious bread in their community!!

The croissant and cinnamon roll are divine, just heavenly. I tried the ham and cheese today and it was just as delish as the rest. Waited in a fast moving line at opening and will do it again next weekend to try the strata and danish! We haven’t busted into the sourdough or multigrain yet but have no doubt they will be amazing. Thank you for your lovely breads!

So glad we stopped in! Absolutely delicious 🤤 I usually can’t eat bread because of all the unclean ingredients but I can eat this bread. The cinnamon roll was so unique and tasty. Fluffy and crispy like a croissant. Don’t make the mistake we did and only get one to share. Get your own so you don’t have to fight over the tasty treats 😆

The sourdough loaf barely lasted the weekend in my house! It was so delicious. Never buying bread from Publix again. So happy to have a great bakery in town.

A great opportunity to support a local business. Everything from their pastries to their bread are perfection, the monkey bread was absolutely my favorite.

Dropped in for a breakfast pastry. Display case stays undisturbed as they are doing a significant production set up here. The chocolate on their croissant never seems to harden, so, beware of spare bits of chocolate on your face.

The bread here is incredible & the croissants are the best ones I’ve ever had.

This Bread Shop is Life changing. I have been Gluten Intolerant/sensitive for 20 years and it is one of my main Migraine triggers. I have been Gluten free for 8 years but I tried Simply bread’s Sourdough Bread as the Wheat grain they use is different to the standard wheat grain & the sourdough process they use is unique. Well I have now been eating their breads for a month now with no issues. It has changed my life and I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend anyone who is Gluten sensitive/intolerant, to try their breads. Absolutely delicious tasting breads & my kids love their pastries too 🙏

Wow! I have tried many bakeries seeking that elusive great bread and mouth watering pastries, and I find it here by the beach in Florida!? Simply Bread delivers amazing sourdough and raisin walnut bread that I have tried so far. The Cinnamon Roll was heavenly and the Monkey Bread was out of this world. Very friendly customer service and the owner Paula you can tell puts in the hard work required to deliver such excellence to her customers. Go early, they sell out quickly.

Amazing. They even have naturally leavened sourdough!! The new sandwiches will be my new go to for a healthy lunch!! The eggplant was FANTASTIC💗

Excellent quality breads and pastries. Yes, parking can be a headache but it‘a worth the small inconvenience because there’s nothing else on the island of this caliber. There’s also no place to eat in the cafe really, so it’s a quick stop and then you can make a picnic on the beach or take it home to enjoy.
