Photos do not do this bouquet justice… I told the owner I needed a bouquet for my 6 year old daughter to celebrate her recent dance performance. I only suggested that we have some roses and she said she had some that were a blush color in addition to red and yellow and that if I liked the blush color she could snazz it up with other pinks and purples in the arrangement. Pink and purples are always a big hit so I agreed. She said give me five minutes. She came out with this fantastic bouquet and then asked if she could add glitter to give it that extra touch. I’m obsessed with it!!! Also, chatting with the owner was so fun and her mom owned a florist so she grew up with this beauty around her. I’ll definitely be back and days later, the flowers still look gorgeous. Thank you so much! They were show stopping 💐💖

A couple of my co workers and I wanted to send flowers to another co worker for her birthday. I called Eau Gallie florist and told them how much we wanted to spend, her favorite color, and to make it look like Tinkerbelle threw up on it with glitter. The lady on the phone was so nice and accommodating. Customer service was on point, prices more than reasonable, and I was really surprised for calling late in the morning, they were delivered before mid afternoon. I don't know who had a bad experience with them, because this is truly not what I experienced. Will def use them again.

Needed a custom arrangement for a funeral. It was beautiful and exactly what we imagined. We only gave them 2 days notice and it was reasonably priced and on time! Happy with the selection and will continue to use EG Florist.

Ordered at the beginning of Mother’s Day week for a Friday afternoon pick up. This was a very unique set up that I haven’t seen and I’m very happy with the presentation. It was arranged just like the photo I viewed online. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement!

This place is amazing. What a variety! And the creativity is phenomenal. The outside garden area is amazing. So much to chose from for any occasion. Lori was super helpful and I did see the owner Alexis outside and told her, I would be back. :)

I've used Eau Gallie Florist for two funerals recently. The flowers were stunning and prices good. The most recent funeral was for a person who's favorite colors were pink and purple and I asked for both arrangements to please prominently use pink and purple. The flower arrangements were beautiful and the flowers were very fresh and the colors were perfect. Thank you Lori (I hope I spelled correctly) for all your attention to detail and help with all the arrangements.

Outstanding flowers but was hoping they would have gotten delivered earlier than 8pm. Lady on the phone was not very friendly but the flower delivery lady was very nice. Would buy again 👍

I'm so happy I chose Eau Gallie Florist. My father recently moved to Florida, and I wanted to send him a plant for his 75th birthday. Orchids have special meaning to us, so I ordered a lovely orchid for him.

On his birthday, Eau Gallie called me to tell me they didn't have ANY orchids available, and couldn't find any. I told them how disappointed I was, since I didn't select orchids randomly, but due to their symbolism in our family. The nice woman on the phone apologized profusely, and said the closest they could come on the day was an anthurium. I was very sad about it, but agreed -- it was kind of too late for me to choose a different florist, and anthuriums are pretty, too.
Several hours letter I received a call and a few photos from my dad, who was absolutely thrilled with the gorgeous ORCHIDS that Eau Gallie had just delivered. I have no idea what the employees and management had to go through to pull this exquisite beauty out of nowhere, but it is a level of service that will assure I use them to send plants/flowers in the Melbourne area; which I do 3-4 times a year.

Had a special request in 48 hours. called and had pleasant conversation with Lori, she went above and beyond over the phone to completely understand a simple first communion crown made of roses, carnations, and baby's breath. Lori made me feel comfortable with the purchase and looking forward to many more. I even received a call from Lori reminding me to not forget about the crown with 2 hours prior to closing. Lori made this transaction painless fun and affordable. I am looking forward to doing more business with Lori and Eau Gallie Florist. The crown was PERFECT!!!!!

I was so fortunate to find this amazing local florist open Saturday afternoon! I wanted something special for my friend who just lost her beloved father. Rather than cut flowers, which don't last very long, I wanted a living plant of some sort. They suggested one of their gorgeous dish gardens and it was perfect! They even put some daisies and a white bow on it which made it the perfect sympathy gift. I highly recommend them. Their shop is like a peaceful sanctuary and they had lovely silk arrangements and gifts as well. The price point was super reasonable too! Give them a try.

My family has been using this florist for years! Always beautiful and truly artistic arrangements. I asked them to whip up a flower crown for my baby shower and they made it happen with just two days notice and delivered. I LOVED my crown and was told it made me look like a earth goddess lol!

We recently used Eau Gallie Florist for a funeral mass and could not have been happier or more impressed with the service we received and the beauty and quality of the floral arrangements!

We went to the florist in person because we were really unsure of what type and how many arrangements we might need. We were assisted immediately by Alexis who spent an extraordinary amount of time with us, showing us live arrangements they were doing for funerals as well as floral books geared towards funerals.

We ultimately chose three large bouquets, in vibrant colors, and they were delivered and set up in the church prior to any family members arriving. Attendees of the mass commented on how beautiful they were they brightened up our home in a non-funereal manner after the service.

We will use Eau Gallie Florist for all of our floral needs in the future.
