Unable to get to us Tuesday night, Joe asked us to text our emergency. He text back confirming our problem was NOT an emergency. That if we have someone come out after hours, it would be a fortune. He said he could come by Wednesday morning between 9and 10am. He text this morning to confirm and took real good care of us. Professional and knowledgeable. Fair man great service and fair price. Showed up same day even though very busy schedule to my completely stopped up house and had it fixed in no time even though he had to find unmarked buried clean out. Came back two days later to install new clean out. Will not hesitate to call him back for all my plumbing needs.

Joe is a very honest man. He is knowledgeable and awesome at his profession. I found a more important issue that would have never been addressed and he repaired our problem quickly . I would recommend him to everyone.

For 30 years my equipment has been purchased from Ferguson enterprise and built by ridge tool company.Known as the best drain equipment on the planet..I feel for you an all residents of the beaches where homes were built in the 1960s it was the wild,wild west..I actually loaded your husband up in my van an drove him to one of you neighbors homes where someone had to reroute there drains because they either were broken or not done correctly.unfortunately someone built an addition on top of yours...I had to tell someone yesterday that he has a broken line or something has not been done correctly..He understood as he has had reroute his laundry already...I'm glad you put this in writing..30years in business over 30 thousand satisfied customers...sincerely Joe

Fortunately my phone's ringing off the hook 24 hours a day 7 days a week, It is definitely overwhelming to say the least.. So 30 year's of blood 😓 an tears..All I can do is basic Plumbing Service and Repair l explain that ..We do garbage disposals Water heaters toilets Light repairs.. We do not look for leaks anymore..I always refer Larger Reputable companies..If I put an ad in the paper today for a month I won't receive one phone call there are no plumbers to hire..I literally have hundreds Of customers that have accents So I take offense to that.. Has nothing to do with it .. Called Joe first thing in the morning and he said he would try to fit me in as he was very busy. He came by at 11:30 to look at job and said it would be a tough one as the previous plumber did not do it right. Joe said he would be back in an hour with the supplied. He was back in an hour with a new water heater and said it would take about 3 hrs with all the new piping that had to be done. I know it was a tough job as I could hear him grumble in the garage and of course the storm didn't help. He was done in the 3 hrs he quoted and was very reasonable priced. Thank you Joe!!

Joe is not a good person. I called him because my kitchen faucet and washer were backing up. He went on my roof with his snake, which-come to find out was a snake a homeowner would use. He did not unplug my drain and left his snake stuck and tangled in my drain. Joe did not attempt to find the real problem because he had another customer waiting, but still charged me $160 for his time. Luckily, my husband found the drain that needed to be cleaned out. I had to have another plumbing company come out to attempt remove snake, which was not entirely removed because of how it is tangled. We were charged over $600 for their time. They also had to cut drywall behind my washer to locate snake. My husband and I are out over $800 for something Joe did and never helped pay for. Oh, and part of a snake still in our drain.

Anyone who knows me, and can see my review records and recommendations, knows that i usual write to encourage people to do business locally. I called him being referred by a neighbor, (whom he didn't remember and told me, he doesn't remember anyone from last week) after 5 minutes of conversation of the services i needed, Joe was awful, almost sarcastic, declined to even take a look of 2 situations I mentioned, I am not sure if my Spanish accent was the problem, or he simply did not care to help ( pretty common dealing with people that discriminates me). After listening his rejections, and lack of professionalism I asked: Are we having a good conversation here? and he immediately say no, cut me off and tried to send me to someone else. Good Luck Mr Joe, I am glad you removed yourself from my path, God has a better person for me to work with.
