This is a nice, small pocket park, about an acre in total area. It is located in the oldest neighborhood of what was once the town of Eau Gallie (it was annexed years ago by the City of Melbourne).

Rossetter Park is a good place to enjoy your lunch or just stop for a few moments and observe the local wildlife (or an occasional migrating bird if you're lucky!). It is only a few blocks from a busy street, so you can still hear some of the traffic noise. But if you can mask that out, you will have a peaceful experience.

Also at the park is a small graveyard where many founders of Eau Gallie, including the Houston family (the park is the site of the former Houston homestead), are buried. Rossetter Park is located only a few blocks from the Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD).

The only misses for this tiny park are the lack of benches and parking (not surprising considering the size of this tiny park). There are only a few stone benches in the park, and parking is in the grass along the streets. For these two misses, I give 4 stars. Otherwise, it is a nice place for a few minutes of peace and serenity.

Interesting little historic spot. Small and quiet with lots of shade. Also dog friendly.

All the headstones are newer except a couple which are far away and unseeable from a locked gate.. it is not very historical with a big awkward billboard that does not give any real significant storyline or history of the place and how it came to be. I have to Google the reason and who is buried here. There is a piece of white paper with a basic typed black print of the names of the deceased. . However the cemetery is falling apart. The stones are missing or completely broken. There is no parking near by or directions on how to walk the historical landmarks in the area. It's mainly a sight to drive by as there is not much to see. And the neighborhood is highly active and of you try to drive slowly to see the sights people will get frustrated easily .. not a really good setup for visitors

Small park. Just some grass and a small cemetery. A couple of ceramic benches to sit on. Lots of beautiful shade and trees
