Gator's Dockside Melbourne

Great place! We stopped after golf for some apps and beers. The pickles and gator were outstanding! Atmosphere was great, love the patio opened while sitting at the inside bar...bar tenders were great!

Tasty food, good service, and laid back atmosphere. The menu has a variety of options. The Gator Taters were delicious, the homemade ranch brought the dish together. The Cajun Pasta was flavorful and spicy, but not too hot. All together great experience.

I was very surprised with the atmosphere, really cool setup for a sports bar. Sat at the bar and the service was great. Then I was more surprised with the food, those quesadilla were amazing!

I shoulda took a picture of how much crab was in my Alfredo.🤩🤩🤩 The bartender was so nice a 5"10 goddess who made sure everything was perfect. I came in an hour before close and felt very welcomed not like other places in the area. Definitely a highly recommend stop for late night drinks and great food

We have always had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and we've never had much of a wait to be seated. The food has always been excellent. The fried gator tail is delicious and our go-to dinner plate. Tried the island pork chops tonight and they were fantastic. It can get a little noisy but it is a sports bar so it's expected. Overall a great place to eat and definitely recommended.

The food here is amazing! I recommend gator taters , the salads are huge.. all of the chicken wings! The tyerki chicken sandwich is a must. The pot roast is my favorite.

I really like Gators but I had a disappointing dinner on this visit. Hopefully this will be taken as constructive criticism. As a "bar food" establishment I have never been disappointed. However, on this visit I had a specialty dish menu item of cobia over rice with a steamed broccoli side. I had the cobia blackened but unfortunately, it was overcooked and dry. Conversely, the broccoli was under cooked and hard. I still plan to go to Gators again but I may steer clear of the specials menu.

We had an excellent experience at this location. Our server Jenny was on point, delivered our order as ordered, very friendly and knew the menu well and gave excellent recommendations. Mario the manager on shift assisted with getting our meal to us a great help to Jenny. Danielle the bartender on shift knows how to pour a GOOD drink! Definitely one of their better locations to visit.

This is a great place to relax! Great variety and beer and all the food we've had today has been really good. Highly recommend you give this place a shot. The staff is also very friendly and work hard to satisfy their clients.

Recently had radiation and chemo. Radiation was to neck area. Wanted to try a piece of fish ( swallowing has been impossible) the waitress asked chef if he could /would make me one piece of fish . Without hesitation the waitress said yes (three dollars ) I thank this establishment’s kindness and concern for me , it means a lot to me, thank you! Dan poston

First time trying Gators Dockside and will definitely be back for seconds! Great tasting food, I purchased a sirloin cheesesteak, onion petals, fries and mozzarella sticks and love that none of it was saturated with grease! I called the store just to give a compliment and Destiny was totally receptive and kind. She said she would pass the message along. Very seldom do I even take the time to call a business out or rate anything but a lot of places have no integrity lately. This rating and conpliment are surely deserved! We had a wonderful experience 👏

Gators gets 5 Stars because of the SERVICE. The food was cooked wrong, and the order was half right on delivery; and it was obvious that they were understaffed, back and front of the house. The waitress was gracious and the Manager made sure everything was made right. This establishment truly cares about their customer base and reputation in community. We will be coming back because of the Manager and waitstaff... Service is Top Notch.

We walked in and were told to sit wherever we liked and she got the drinks for us before the server came around our server was very nice

My partner had the egg rolls with the gator scooter sauce and enjoyed it, I had the roast beef which was very good as well

Cute little staff members. Alligator art. 14 TVs in a circle all around you sitting inside the restaurant.

Food is good, "that pretzel" was nice and toasted well. Honey Mustard sauce and a good cheese sauce. Wings good, brought out on different plates to separate flavored wings.

Destiny is absolutely amazing!! I came here with my parents while they were in town. I live right down the street and will return again for sure!

We went not knowing what to expect and left really impressed. The wings were great, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was exactly what I wanted out of a sports bar - plenty of views of the game and not so loud where it is hard to maintain a conversation at the table. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Love this place, their summer salad is to die for good! I get mine with fried chicken. Not healthy but so yummy 😍

Steak Poutine is delicious. I'm pregnant and French- Canadian. I swore that if I went to one more place that put shredded cheese on fries and called it 'poutine', I was gonna lose it. I have been in Florida four days and I have eaten here three times, each time I got the poutine. The photo is sans steak and extra gravy.
