I love this Ace. Everyone is so friendly and they greet you right away. I like how they make you feel like they really enjoy what they do. The employees there seem to really like to help people not just because it's their job and they're being paid to do so. They always seem to have what you need in stock. Very clean and orderly. Thank you.

I know the owner so I stopped in there to get a piece of plexiglass he was not there at the time. I bought a piece and paid for it I'm getting ready to walk out and they had made a mistake on the pricing by $20 they said no it's our mistake have a good day what a bunch of great guys good way to do business it's wheelchair accessible.

Great store and super friendly staff that actually take time to resolve your issues. I much rather go to this Ace than Lowe's because of much better service at Ace.

Full line of air conditioner replacement parts. If you know the model and specs of the part they will more than likely have it. Call ahead. Staff is helpful and willing to find answers to your questions.

I love ACE hardware. The employees are helpful and friendly. They got us what we needed and we were in and out in about 5 minutes.

I ordered a part for my Weber on their website and was notified that it shipped to the store. Unfortunately, something went wrong and it wasn’t actually at the storm. This happened right during Hurricane Nicole, so definitely understandable. I was still a bit disappointed since I thought it was in and planned to use my grill. The manager went above and beyond, pulling the part off of one of their brand new webers to give to me. That’s customer service at a different level. While I know Ace is a bit more expensive than the big hardware stores, I will always check Ace first from now on, and I’ll even pay a little more for that kind of experience. Thank you to the Ace team and management.

This is probably the nicest Ace Hardware that I have ever been in. The store is clean and bright. It is easy to find what you want and the staff is eager to help if you cannot find something. They are very well stocked too. I am surprised at the variety of things they carry.

McKinna and Sean were so amazing! They helped me with paint colors for 1.5 hours and were so patient and went out of their way to look up matching from brand to brand. Such nice people! Highly recommend!

Great location and super friendly staff. In the building where South Patrick Hardware store was for many decades. They did a fantastic job remodeling this place. Well organized and easy to find what you're looking for. Very clean and well kept. Excellent variety of products. I highly recommend a visit here...

Carries higher quality inventory than Home Depot or Lowe’s. I grew up on a farm and I don’t think my dad owns any tools less than 20 years old. I want to buy one tool that I need for the lifetime of my house. Stihl power tools really are high quality. Brass fittings for lawns and steel hand tools with oak handles. My dad would shop here.

I "love the guys at ace"...and the ladies too. I can spend hours wandering around! If you even think you might need 'it' they've got 4 choices if 'it' & will help you choose the right one! Our new Ace is a clean & happy place. I only wish they'd add a native plants garden!

Always what you need and can get it fast if they are out. HVAC filters to stainless steel hardware... paint to chainsaws... even some local artists stuff available. Great use of the old stores space!!! Associates work hard to make sure you have what you need; if they don't have the answers they ensure someone has answered it for you before you leave.

Terrific help I've been here four times now visiting from out of state and everybody's been awesome very helpful. Nice to shop here and not at the big chains.

They have the important stuff- Craftsman, Weber, Milwaukee! Wish they had KRain and bigger selection of their nozzles, and bigger selection of RainBird efficiency nozzles. Staff is very helpful. Unlike larger places, when I place an online order for pick up here they actually pick it and get it ready for pick up in a very reasonable amount of time!

This is a BIG ace hardware. They have a lot of stuff here and s crazy collection of STHL products and chainsaws. Actually seems unnecessarily stocked for being a beach side hardware store but hey I’m not complaining. It’s the nicest and largest Ace I’ve been too. Staff is super friendly and helpful but it is also a brand new store at the time of this post. Then again, you get a lot of retirees and people that actually care about their jobs on the beach side so it’ll probably stay this way.
