Maddy SAVED MY LIFE! I got my hair ruined a few months back and went to Maddy with a PROJECT and she did more than amazing! She made my vision come to life and is just so easy to talk to and spend 4 hours with! 😍

I’ve been going to Maddy since I moved to SB a year ago. It’s always daunting finding a new stylist/barber when you relocate (especially when you’re ridiculously particular), but I hit the jackpot! Maddy has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to every cut and beard trim. It’s also been incredible watching her grow over the past year and really hone her craft doing men’s cuts!

I had an amazing time with Nikki and Ella during my appointment yesterday. I felt like Nikki really listened to what I did like and did not like with my current hair and transformed it into something I love AND is still low maintenance.

We are new to town and Ella gave me a bunch of food recommendations. I’ve never felt so well taken care of at a salon. Thanks, The Hair Engineers!

This salon and staff is amazing! Welcoming, warm and cozy. Maddy is a gem! She chopped all of my dead hair off, massaged my scalp, and styled my hair beautifully! If you are looking for the best salon and best stylist please check it out & ask for Maddy, you will not be disappointed.

First, atmosphere was great, location is clean and very well maintained.

I love the vibes, talk about warm feeling when you enter, you get it when you are here. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Maddy was amazing from start to finish, I told her what I wanted with recommendations and honestly she gave me a makeover of my dreams! I can’t wait to go back! My hair was everything I wanted and more. She does great work.

Booked an emergency appointment with Maddy to fix a poor haircut I had received the day before from an unspoken source lol. Maddy was great! She fixed my hair and saved the day! I will be going back here from now on! Great staff, and cute, adorable ambiance.

I had a balayage with Maddy and her expertise and attention to detail was phenomenal. I have fine, dark, Asian hair prone to breakage and past bad blonde trauma! I have been all over the country and this was one of the best hair experiences I have had. I didn’t even have to wait a long time to get in! I scrutinized all the reviews for Satellite Beach salons being new to Florida and I was not disappointed in my choice to come to The Hair Engineers. Hair is a skilled profession, and not all stylists are equal in skill. Some cut corners on products they use and your hair suffers for it. Maddy has superior expertise you can’t trust. Pick this salon. You will not be disappointed.

Today was my first time at this salon and I had such a great experience. I've gone to so many salons where hairstylists haven't known how to work with my long and thick hair but today I left so happy with my hair cut. Everyone here was so nice and my stylist Maddy was so sweet and did such a great job with my hair. I'll definitely be coming back!

I have been coming here for months now for blonding services. Maddy is awesome and takes her time and lets you know every step of the way what she is doing to your hair. She checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and if you need anything while you’re processing. She’s awesome and all the other ladies here are fun and outgoing. The ambience is also a huge plus, there are gorgeous plants everywhere. I’ve never had a bad time here and it’s awesome being able to trust in a local salon. I’d come to any of the ladies that work here!

I am in LOVE with this salon!! Moved to the Melbourne FL area 7 years ago and have been searching endlessly for a great hair salon and I have FINALLY found it! Not only is this salon and all the stylists that work there super cool - Christina is the BEST when it comes to "lived in blonde". My hair has never been healthier and looked better. I get compliments all the time and I can't rave about this salon enough. They work magic and can manage any type of hair and color you are looking for! They also have an amazing product line, Seven - you need this product for the FL heat and humidity! Give them a shot, thank me later!

This place is amazing. After having the same stylist for 10 years, I was on the search for a great stylist in a great atmosphere, with great people. Nikki is a master with her scissors—I finally found my new stylist!! She and her team are not only super down to earth, but they REALLY know what they’re doing. Maddie cuts my son’s hair and is amazing with him, gives him the best fade he’s ever had. Ella gives a head massage that’ll put you to sleep! The space is artfully welcoming and full of gorgeous plants and scrumptious hand poured candles, both for purchase. A unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Glad I found this gem!

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon and of course my favorite stylist Maddy! The atmosphere was so welcoming and Maddy made my experience even more enjoyable with her infectious personality. My hair turned out amazing and what I went in looking for I got! Maddy kept me in the loop while doing my hair, consulted with me, and best of all she followed up with me a week later. I couldn’t have had a better experience! If you’re reading this and hesitant if you should book or not, DO IT!!

I had long hair that I straightened regularly and decided to go in a new direction with: A pixie cut and embracing my natural waves. Maddy did an excellent job cutting my hair, and Nikki was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. The salon is beautiful, there are complementary drinks, and a sweet old doggo who came to greet me when I walked in! I had a lovely experience and will certainly return for my trims and maintenance.

So i am very very particular with my hair. Im that kind that does a once a year haircut.

I was skeptical at first. But as soon as i walked in the door i would not be disappointed.

Olivia cut my hair. I explained i need a trim, some sass, no maintenance and play.

And i am still playing with now healthy hair n sass like a dog chashing its tail or a cat smacking things off furniture.

Like i said, i am very pertucular con haircuts, and i cant stop fluffing my hair cuz it looks so good. Probably the best haircut i had in mylifetime. So i say yes. See you guys in a year.

I got the best hair cut from Olivia while I was in town! She gave me the short, edgey cut I was looking for. Even Husband complimented how good it looked when I got home. Super chill atmosphere, with snacks too! Guess I'll just have to fly back across the country when I need a touch up lol (Amazing beaches there as well, it doesn't hurt my feelings!) I moved to Fl from DC/VA 7 years ago. Initially, I flew up there every 5 weeks to get my hair done. Hair is SO important!!!
Well, that got old (and expensive) and after a couple of years I found a wonderful salon in Winter Park. I'm still working and got tired of spending a free weekend day on my appt and the travel to and from.
My cousin recommended a place in Satellite Beach. I thoroughly researched it (again, hair is SO important) and made my first appt. I've never looked back.
Nikki is phenomenal with my color and cut.
The vibe here is wonderful and all they stylists are super lovely, talented and friendly.

I went to the Hair Engineers and saw Christina to freshen up my look and left feeling so happy and rejuvenated. Christina knew exactly what my hair needed to give me the new mama look it was aiming for.
The salon has such a nice atmosphere and was the perfect place to enjoy my day. Thank you so much Christina! Can’t wait to see you all again!
