Wow I just came from an appointment with Val.
I bought tape in hair extensions online because my hair has been rapidly thinning. I experimented with them and realized I needed them done professionally.
Luckily Val squeezed me in between appointments today!
She really knows hair extensions!!! did a fabulous job at a great price. She also suggested a few lowlights to make it look more natural, just wow.

Val gave me a hair cut, little highlights (it has been 13 years since hair dye has touched me), and waxed my eyebrows. More than a year since I went to a hair salon because I am a mom. Took time on a Friday afternoon to get pampered in the hair salon. Felt so awesome!

I went in on a Wednesday and got a consultation from now about getting my hair done with extensions she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it went back to her salon on Friday to get my hair done and I am absolutely in love with everything she did she is super quick inexpensive amazing at what she does I will definitely recommend her to everyone Will definitely be back again

Shame on me for trusting Google Reviews! I was in search of a new stylist in the area who was good with highlights. I went to Val and almost immediately felt rushed to sit down and get on with business. When she asked me what I was looking for, I explained but felt like a picture would clarify it. Before I could pull up the photo I had saved, she ran off and said "Okay, I'll go mix it up". I thought, why would she mix anything up until she knows exactly what I want??
I gave her the benefit of the doubt and from there on, started to regret it. I have never had my head jerked around so much before! It reminded me of being 7 years old when your mom wakes you up late for school and frantically tries to put your hair in ponytails. IDK what was causing her to move so fast, but I got a cut, foil, wash, blow-dry and payment done in 1 hour. Unfortunately, my hair looks like it!
This is absolutely the worst highlight I have EVER had in my life and will be driving over an hour tomorrow to my old stylist to have her fix it, as I will never let this lady touch my hair again. I think her state license should be revoked after this mess.
