Review update: the customer service definitely shines through. I stopped in with the garments and had a constructive conversation to really understand the experience expected. The issues will be shared by the owners and corrective actions taken, along with getting the items back into like new condition. Final note and lesson for myself, don’t have a knee jerk reaction and post negatively on a business and things can always be handled more professionally and business continued with positive results.

I’ve had some of my clothes dry cleaned and it was great. However, recently had 2 dresses dry cleaned, both brand new and each worn once. The white dress was purchased in Europe and cost $270 and the blue is from Alice & Olivia and cost $800. It was only just discovered upon removal from the bag that the white dress had a strap released and pilling of another. The blue dress had a safety pin in the thin sheer fabric which has left holes.

Kelly the owner is just the sweetest. She helped bring to life some articles of clothing I brought from Italy with me, after covid brought me back to America in 2020. She’s very understanding and caring. She went out of her way to ask me how my new business venture was going, really meant a lot to me. All the alterations and dry cleanings I brought back home were perfect. Also, my family and I use her laundry facility attached and the machines and place itself are super clean! Highly recommend

I get all my alterations done at simply cleaner. Kelly does wonderful work for a very fair price. Highly recommend this local business!

This is by far the best and friendliest service I have received in a very long time. I'm so glad I found them for my daughter's JROTC uniform and will definitely be returning. I invite everyone to do the same for their dry cleaning needs. Even better is how reasonably priced they are. Quality and Value!

I've been going here for about 9 years. The couple who run it are very kind and quick with a smile. I have asked them a few questions about things I need to wash and they gave professional helpful answers. The hours are great and it's pretty clean for a laundromat (lint builds up on the floors, it's just life!). Also, customers tend to throw their dryer sheets and trash on the floor. Why? Who raised them? Anyway, when you run equipment all day, 7 days a week, something is bound to wear out. Any issues I've had with the machines they have jumped right on or given me a refund. I've also used their tailoring services and had great experiences.

I've been washing my clothes here for 10yrs, always clean, plenty of machines varying in size. Haven't had any problems and the Owners are nice.

Absolutely a great experience. Customer service was excellent and the turn around time was great. The reviews led me to going here and I am glad I did. We visit a dry cleaner maybe 2-3 times a year, but I think it's safe to say we found "our" cleaner. Thanks for such great service :)

LOVE this place. Love the staff. They are the friendliest couple you'll ever meet. The place is clean as long as you go when the couples dry cleaning business is open. Unwanted people who have no respect show up after the couple leaves. I highly recommend this place. We have been doing laundry there for 7 yrs. now and go when they're open and have no issues and if we do the Kelley is right there to help us. She's the owner and is the best!!

I have been dropping off my laundry here for the past 3 years. It is run by a husband and wife team who work very hard and have always had my laundry done the same day. Drop off in the morning, pick up on the way home. Much cheaper than buying detergent and other supplies. My shirts on hangers are always fresh and wrinkle free. No kids running all around the place like other places. It is always very clean and Kelley is a real nice woman with a nice personality. If you need to wash something on your own, they have many washers and dryers of several sizes each. I washed 2 quilts and a blanket myself and didn't go broke in the process. Nearby quotes were twice the price I paid and wouldn't be ready the same day, try 3 ! I appreciate this easy to get to "not your ordinary" Laundry/Cleaners. Try it, it's your answer to worry free laundry.

It’s clean inside. The prices seem fair. The cheapest machine was $3 and can do a normal load. It gets to like I wanna say $7 for the big big big washers. Nice little seating area.

My husband and I have been using Simply Cleaner for several years (after trying several other dry cleaners in the area) for all of our dry cleaning, and they by far have been the best service all around. From cost to customer service you can't find better. My husband is VERY picky about dry cleaning and wears suits/professional attire every day, and they are always are attentive to his particularities and do a great job.

The best laundromat in Saint Pete. Clean and affordable, but mostly clean. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.

We have used their Dry Cleaning and laundry for many years. They are the best. Professional, friendly, and know their business. They are the experts about if something should be dry cleaned or laundered etc. Everything is very clean, and well maintained. It is the owners who run the business and are there on a daily basis, so they care about the service you are getting. Highly recommend. Would not trust my things to anyone else.

If you go while the owners are there it's the best Laundromat you'll will see. They are friendly, they even help my disabled wife do laundry while I'm at work. Well all they have to do is put our soap in as my wife is unable to. They are the cleanest also. If you go while owners are gone it's messy and have kids running and jumping around with people who bring radio's and they're loud. I just go while owners are there no big trouble in that. We love the owners! They've been nothing but kind and friendly...willing to go out of their way to help you and see thay your experience is a good one. We highly recommend them.

Today I had the pleasure or stress of doing laundry at a laundromat. I found simply cleaners very close to where I was and to my delight it was claimed the people were very very friendly and I enjoyed my time there. when it comes to doing my dry cleaning or even my laundry I will always come back to Simply cleaners and I will make sure that I recommend this to everyone. My teenager had a walk in closet full of clothes...on the floor of course. The dog had been laying on them. I packed them all up and dropped them off. They are amazing. Returned everything to me washed, folded and placed neatly in bags. His school and dress shirts were hung on hangers and they even helped me to my car. I dont think they charge enough! I am so grateful to have them so close to the house. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I travel the country in our Motor home and use lots of wash,dry, fold laundries. I've given many 5 star reviews, which they actually did deserve. But, given that Simply Cleaner deserves at least 7 stars.It's the most incredible folding that we've ever seen. See the photo, they even plastic wrap them to keep them nice and neat. They do charge a little more, $1.30 per lb. But I promise you It's worth every penny.
