Publix Super Market at Gateway Crossing

I always enjoy coming to this Publix. It's always clean here, especially the front desk area and bathrooms. The young man (Tyler I think?) who I've seen cleaning them is very friendly and does a great job.

I shop here quite often and can’t say enough about the staff. There is never a long wait at checkout either. The cakes from the bakery are always a hit at every birthday party. Platters from the deli too!

Since I live right around the corner, this is my go to Publix. The staff is amazingly friendly. Publix has what I'm shopping for 98% of the time. Very clean store as well. Thank you publix staff members.

I really like this Publix but specifically I really appreciate Janna in the deli. Janna makes the best pub sub that I have ever had and I have tried lots of different Publix delis. She is friendly and always recognizes me.

As a Publix connoisseur, I was fortunate enough to experience this particular location today. I originally went in to grab a couple things on the way home, but as I passed through the deli I was greeted pleasantly by a lovely woman named Lauren who insisted I tried a sample of chicken bacon ranch dip. This isn't something I normally eat or purchase, but she had a bubbly ora around her so I bit on her sales pitch. She was above and beyond, as was the dip. I ended up buying several containers as well as taking her advise on which chips to purchase to accompany the dip. She did not steer me wrong at all, and I will be back for more. Her customer service was to the point that I even asked her for her managers name, so as I currently sit in my recliner, with these chips and amazing dip, I'd like to let Chris Perry know that he has got a good one under his belt. Thank you!

The African American female in the deli is very helpful and show great customer service skills she made a terrific sandwich for my granddaughter. Keep showing great customer service!

I love the cleanliness of the store and friendly staff. Lamb is at a nice competitive rate. Fresh produce. Amazing fresh bakery 🧁 section.

Lisa at the deli made us some pub subs while we were in town and was the nicest most personable person. She made our pub sub experience.

My favorite store! Wish there were more perks to the rewards program. I spend at least $100-$150 in Publix a week and every so often I get $3 or $5 off of a purchase.

The Publix otw home. Fully stocked, ready for foodies and the +/- population thereof. Reliable, friendly, fab. I've only ever visited one bad local Publix in St. Pete.

I go there regularly,,, great and helpful staff ,,, shelves are well stocked ,,, I don't like the fact that they do away with items that I used regularly !

This was the nicest Publix I've ever been to! I'm not from Florida and was just visiting. My family and I stopped to grab snacks and lunch before hitting the beach. I normally don't eat the pre-made sandwiches and whatnot because I'm just picky lol. They had a section to build your own sub sandwich. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and it was AMAZING!! And it was decently priced too. Everyone was super nice!

They usually have everything I need and it's right by my house, and I worked with a few people who work at this location. It's always nice seeing familiar faces when I go in. Edit: got a chicken tender sub and (I think her name was Rebekah) it was one of thee best I've had in a Long time. Glad I made it in for this sandwich. Edit: Their management has gotten better, and I worked with Kris Lamb at a different Publix; great guy!!

Regular old great service with courtesy and a smile. Differences from one Publix store to another are
miniscule.

Just a real nice place to get all ur needs.
