I went into this place looking for a particular type of stress relief medication and a worker named Kayla did an amazing job helping me locate it! She's definitely manager material if she isn't already a manager. So try to promote her if you can.

Workers like her make shopping at your stores a much better experience and you should definitely reward workers like that.

Had to go to minute clinic because my doctor is out of state and both the tech and nurse practitioner were beyond helpful and very friendly. They were able to put in my prescription no problem. The pharmacy was super nice and helpful as well. My prescription wasn’t ready when I went to go pick up and they filled it almost immediately even though they were busy.

Stephanie went out of her way to help me find a UPS package that was shipped there. I was able to get the package once she helped, and she was very kind, patient, and professional. Thanks!

Clean store having the items I needed. Utilized both the Pharmacy and Store areas, both were wonderful, with Pharmacist Brian taking the time to explain items in great detail allowing me and I my family to make the best decision. In the store area, clerk Kayla was equally wonderful, taking the time to ensure I could use my coupons accurately and explaining return policy if needed. Impressive was watching her take an older man to the area in the store for the item he needed. Net-Net, both areas and individuals are why I choice CVS as my Go-To-Store.

I had the best experience at this pharmacy yesterday. I went to fulfill a prescription that is often low in stock. I’ve been to so many CVS pharmacies who, when out of stock, provide no helpful or productive information. They say “we’re out of this medication, sorry” and then send me on my way. Yesterday the lovely girl in the pharmacy checked on the medication, and told me a specific day to come back because they should have it in stock. It means SO much that someone would actually help to make sure I knew how/when to get my medication. Thank you so much!

Pharmacy lines can always be crazy but Laci was amazing. She notified me my prescription went up before purchasing, and looked into why. She was super quick and super helpful, even though there was a little bit of a line forming behind me. Smiled the entire time. Can’t imagine how stressful it is to be techs. Laci you’re amazing!

Super easy online booking for a wax removal 2 days out with MinuteClinic. I was seen right away by Elizabeth who explained the whole process and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. I'd never had this done before and was genuinely worried it wouldn't solve my issue, but it was done quickly and professionally. I was also prescribed an antibiotic after the visit, and was able to get it filled in just 20 minutes.

On December 3, 2022, my experience in CVS would be impossible to improve because in my human experience the competence and efficiency of your Assistant Manager, Chloe, was unparalleled. She melded in with my objective at the store and made the occasion indescribably smooth and edifying. You can tell I can't say enough good things about her.

Just wanted to say that Pharmacist Brian helped me this past week with a very difficult situation. His knowledge and advise were key in getting things resolved and me my much needed prescription. He has always been awesome but this week he went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Brian!!!.

Especially this particular location is absolutely awesome! Front end of the store is always extremely clean very courteous and very helpful cashiers.
Now the pharmacy is EPIC! ABSOLUTELY is enjoyable to visit the pharmacy. They are so efficient and courteous. I have been a CVS kid for over 25 years and this is my favorite CVS pharmacy location ever. They are the best from knowledgeable to personable and caring.

Just wanted to commend all the pharmacist and staff that work at this pharmacy. It is by far, the busiest, craziest, pharmacy I have ever seen and every time I come in to fill or pick up a prescription, they are always very welcoming and happy to help. If I need a script filled immediately, it is always taken care of within 15-20 minutes. Diana was the pharmacist today when I came in and there was issue , that she needed to call my doctor about. The doctor wasn't the easiest to get a hold of, but Diana was very patient, waiting on hold, all while taking care of the other prescriptions she had. It's very refreshing to see that some people understand the concept of customer service.

I always have great experiences when I pick up my prescriptions or buy items here. Tonight the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist himself took the time to search for a coupon for one of my medications. It would have cost me nearly $400 but with their help it was free. I could've cried with happiness. So thankful to the pharmacy team at this CVS. Wonderful customer service and patient advocacy.

I've been using this CVS Pharmacy for over 6yrs. My doctors all send my prescriptions straight to them. They have taken great care of my needs over the 6yrs. It's only the repeated messages about refills and pick up a wee bit annoying! But the 24hrs is just great👍

Of all the pharmacies I've went to in the St Petersburg area this is my favorite. They're very professional and have a lot of empathy.

Lynn went above and beyond excellent customer service helping me today. She was very pleasant and had a lot of patience making sure I found everything I needed. I will definitely be back at this particular location just because of the wonderful experience I had today thanks to Lynn.

The minute clinic at the CVS is absolutely fabulous both the person who was going to check me in and the nurse on call were the nicest and kindest and I hope that the right people see this review I was there today
