Great shop

Al packer East collision center was one of the choices that my insurance adjusted Allstate recommended . Al packer collision center pick my car up on 5/15/21 haven't seen my car since then. Hopefully it's back like it was before the accident . I ask them to make sure my car was locked I have expensive speakers and amplifier in my car. I have to stop by there to take care of some business walked over to my car and it wasn't locked

I thought since it’s a ford dealer they will do a good job and satisfy their customer as they should but no. It’s a Horrible place at least the body shop. No communication whatsoever. I had my vehicle there for body repair. Took them couple months to fix a small dent and bumper replacement. Always the same excuse staff member quit and waiting for part. Did not installed part correctly. My personal belonging was removed from inside my vehicle and no body knows what happened. Never going back there ever for anything and recommend anybody.
