La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk team was great and the General Manager Darlene Albury was amazing. Very helpful, very pleasant.

Hotel was very clean, staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was fresh and well kept! My only issue is the tight turn only leaving. It became frustrating but not their fault.

The rooms here are very comfortable and renovated. I like the carpet, (good for walking barefoot.) Breakfast includes self-made waffles, Jimmy Dean croissant sausage/egg & cheese sandwiches, yogurt, bannanas & oranges, bagels, various breads to toast (or not,) delicious juices and tasty coffee. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to check me in a little early and she was very nice at check out too. I've stayed here twice. There's a Red Lobster almost across the street, and "Crazy Buffet" (which is a slightly, slightly upscale restaurant with a little bar, clean restrooms, tons of sushi, thick shrimp, some beef, tiny hibachi grill and chinese style chicken,) which also is only a block away. If you like a night swim, the pool is open late. The TV was about 32" and has apps like Netflix & Hulu that you can log into. I've stayed here twice; just be sure to ask for a room with a blackout curtain if you like to sleep in. Be aware that there are no USB ports in the room and the refrigerator is small. There's a big Ramada Hotel across the street with lower rates, but the rooms are not as nice and they don't have the Netflix & Hulu options, however the breakfast is about the same and the pool is like a paradise oasis at that Ramada, and they let you swim at night too.

We had a lovely experience and it’s pet friendly too…it was such a great hotel for our stay during hurricane Nicole. Our tastefully decorated room had a refrigerator & microwave + a coffee station…nice bathroom with 2 functional showerheads. This hotel is clean and smells fresh…super friendly and helpful staff, including the GM. He was walking around checking out the property in the morning.

Their breakfast is so good! Lots of items to choose from and you can make your own fresh waffle. A housekeeping staff member was wiping down each table and she was delightful too.

They give VIPs gift bags here! How do I get VIP status? This hotel rocks for it's awesome location and refreshing pool. Walking distance to food, short Lyft to the airport. Rooms roomy enough for the whole family. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked this hotel. The parking was convenient and plentiful. My room was tidy and clean. Everything worked. The continental breakfast was convenient and included.
All the staff were friendly - especially Jenna who was gracious to print out a document I needed ASAP and she refused a tip! My only suggested improvement would be that they should shift from styrofoam plates and bowls to paper. 8-)

I arrived on 11/1/22 and checked on on 11/6/22. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff and explained all financial costs and security holds. The hotel entry was clean and inviting. It is an older hotel but that doesn't bother me. My room was clean and anytime I needed extra shampoo, soap, tooth paste, etc. it was immediately provided by staff. I was grateful for the microwave and refrigerator inside my room. The breakfast is simple. Typical waffle maker, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, yogurt, granola bars, etc. If you're looking for a sit down restaurant breakfast with a full menu then you'll be disappointed. I made the reservation by phone the person was extremely educated and courteous. I was amazed at his professionalism. Then when I get there the place was super clean. I liked the location. The receptionist was extremely helpful. Very rare to see people so professional and that show they care. But to top it off the manager in the morning was super friendly. It felt really cozy in this hotel. The only thing is breakfast is just coffee, yogurt, toast and juice. Then I paid $200 I thought it was a bit much but it was a Saturday and I made a last minute reservation. Its a pet friendly hotel.

Best Experience. I thought 2star hotel is very bad but I looked, I was socked, I saw with my own eye. I chose wrong hotel before but now I know what to choose in for good facility to in any tour. I don’t know why google map say 2-star hotel. It shouldn’t been say 3/4 star hotel. It’s worth of money to waste. Thanks a lot for opening my from cheap hotel/motel

First night stay the shower water was freezing cold. The second night stay (different room/floor) was much more bearable
Wyndham rewards are not accepted through third party. It’s not their faults but i figured i’d mention it.

So far so great!

Checked in last night took 3 min, my room was clean and smelled nice, had a great sleep with no outside disturbances, room has a large fridge (not mini) and microwave, king bed was very large with 5 pillows, they gave 3 towels.

Lighting was nice as well, cable channels, they allow pets so you don’t have to hide them lol!

Thanks I’m looking forward to my 9 night stay and I will definitely stay again!

The hotel was in a perfect location for my business meeting and the value was great. My room was clean, the staff was friendly and they are a pet friendly hotel.
I read other reviews and I am not sure about the complaints. I did participate in the continental breakfast, which was just fine.
They not have a fitness center but they do have an agreement with a gym a block away for $10 a day. I did not mind as I go to a gym which had a location 10 minutes away.

I tell you that, I have never experienced such excellent customer service than the one I received from Danyah today December 15th 2022. At the La Quinta Inn West Palm Beach airport area. I booked my reservation through a third party and was being given the runaround and this young lady took the initiative to contact and explained the situation and requested that I get a refund and I was able to get a book room directly through them . Thank you once again this young lady is truly top-notch customer service.

Friendly staff, AC gonna have you grabbing a blanket in a heartbeat. Housekeeping was on point, last but not least Ms.Sofia!!!!! She’s the kind of person one looks forward to seeing every morning while getting your breakfast, she’ll definitely brighten up your day with a big smile and a positive vibe!

Amazing hotel - great hospitality, services and facilities. Everybody is polite, passionate and happy to always assist. GM Mr Daniel Lewandowski is the BEST. He made sure we are happy with the room and greet us everyday. Building is well-maintained and very well-designed. Location is excellent close to 95 and not far form Turnpike.Highly, highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel was still under major renovations from Hurricane Irma damage. We were originally on a floor with work being done. When I complained about the noise and smell, we were immediately moved to a renovated floor with no construction. We stayed on St Patrick's day evening and there were some rowdy drunks next door with extremely loud, vulgar language at 4 am. Security immediately resolved the issue. The staff was absolutely amazing and completely accommodating. The breakfast was great. The waffles were especially awesome. The place was clean and the pool was great.

Amanda was the highlight of our experience! She is so friendly and the kids loved her. The hotel was beautiful, and clean and the pool was so fresh and clean. We WILL be back. We loved our stay. We fit comfortably in our room, great for families. We were really confused about the bad reviews due to construction but it was nothing it was only in the front and I didn’t hear not one sound. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Family friendly. Amanda needs a promotion!! :)

Amanda really made it a great experience. This hotel location is undergoing some renovations. She helped us at check in and assisted us when we had an issue with the door lock in the first room we were given. We got a clean room and slept great. The hotel location is conveniently close for what we needed. The customer service we received from Amanda, made the stay we had great!

I stayed here from Nov 11-15, 2018 as I had a conference to attend nearby.

Right off the bat, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Zayne picked me up from the airport and was friendly and easy to talk with. He was very welcoming.

As I walked into the lobby area, Alyssa at the front desk greeted me by my first name before I even had a chance to say anything. They provided me with a complimentary cold water bottle - a nice extra touch on a hot day. A room was ready for me even before the check in time.

I traveled by myself. My room was clean and simple. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room for guests' convenience.

About 30 minutes into settling into my room, I received a phone call from Alyssa to make sure that everything was okay in the room.

For the price I paid, it was definitely great value. I'd definitely recommend staying here again if I'm ever in town.
