This place has so many options for appliances. They also have sales people on the floor that are available to assist. This makes it easy to find what one is looking for. I always find something I need (or did not need) because of all the cool things BrandsMart carries.

I recently had an issue with a damaged washer and dryer purchased from Brandsmart, which led me to seek help directly at the West Palm Beach location. This is where I had the pleasure of interacting with the General Manager, Andre Azam.

From the onset, Andre demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. He attentively listened to my concerns, a quality that is rare and valuable in customer relations. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue with Samsung and Brandsmart, it was only after meeting with Andre that I felt my concerns were genuinely being addressed.

Andre went above and beyond to find a solution. Although we couldn't get the same washer and dryer model, he resourcefully managed to secure a similar pair from another brand. What impressed me most was his commitment to follow-up. He consistently kept me informed about the status of my order, timelines, and handled all additional fees and queries with utmost professionalism.

His actions not only solved my immediate problem but also reinstated my faith in Brandsmart's customer service. Having been a customer since 2017, primarily for my real estate investment properties, this experience was particularly significant. It elevated my perception of being a valued customer, a sentiment that was unfortunately missing in my initial interaction with the sales team.

In conclusion, Andre Azam is not just an asset to the Brandsmart store but a phenomenal manager who truly advocates for his clients. Super easy to buy a tv. And when I went around to pick up my TV the warehouse worker offered to open just in case. Good thing he did cause the TV was completely smashed. They got me another TV and I'm super happy with the purchase. That guy saved me a trip of having to come back and exchange.

They have everything that you could need for your home, including kitchen gadgets and pool accessories. We had the help of Mark in appliances, he was very knowledgeable and polite

Brandsmart and it's associates never fail when I need them the most. I needed a stove just days before Thanksgiving and Mr Andre in the appliance department was extremely helpful in finding what I needed and within my budget. Thank you for being there.

I drove 25 minutes to avoid the big box giant that starts with a W and IT is only 5 minute drive. The extra drive is always worth it. People are waiting to assist you(they make a commission) and the prices and quality are better. Very friendly there too with a good sense of humor. You don't have to chase someone down to ask a question only to have them run away or give a blank look because you are speaking a language that they don't speak. No offense to new Americans, but the whole reason most people still shop brick and mortar is for human assistance and that does involve communicating well.

Lots of options & a price for everyone. We were looking for a Fridge and a Air Fryer. Friendly and helpful staff; cant remember his name but poor thing Arm was broken but still took his time to help make our decision. The drive to the store looked abandoned but trust your GPS its there.

This place has tons of stuff for really good prices. I highly recommend going here if you need appliances and other electronics. I was looking for a new washer and dryer.

The only reason I’m giving 5 starts is for the manager Slim. I went here to purchase a tv and was attempting to load in into my cart and Slim came right over and picked it up and put it on the cart for me, while the sales/ commission earning persons didn’t even acknowledge me. I went to the register and after check out Slim offered to carry it to my vehicle and he also put it in for me. Great guy.

All the associates I worked with today were very helpful and polite.

My wife and I had the utmost pleasure in receiving customer service that exceeded our expectations. We were shopping for kitchen appliances today and was looking for a package deal. The sales person met us and introduced himself as Lenny. Immediately he began walking us around and locating the items of interest. Lenny’s product knowledge and customer service made my wife and I aware of the product features and what items were available. Lenny was patient and pleasant in serving us. He processed our items and walked us over to the credit department, but what blew us away was the personal bonus!! He went above and beyond to ensure we “his clients” we’re satisfied.
