Never mind I traveled for an amazing deal on an open box fridge in great condition for price. The store and staff is refreshingly friendly quick and professional. They quickly quelled the line ahead of me and had the large appliance to the register and loaded in my truck faster than I could keep up! Glad I made the trip and would recommend if In the market for electronics or appliances. Even if you have to travel this is the store!

Went in to finalize my decision on the tv I wanted to purchase. I was helped by Alexis and she was super nice, and helpful. She helped me make the best decision. She told me all the deals and was very thorough about their policies. If you’re going to buy a tv from this location, ask for Alexis! She’ll get you the best options for what you’re looking for!

Had the best experience in Best Buy, the kids ❤ going in there,I was satisfied, and Gary Joseph was able to help get what I really wanted, He was patient, knowledgeable,very friendly,and onbtop of that his customer service skill is top notch.

Helpful employees priced matched an item shipped and sold by Amazon, saved me $10. Also had an order for pickup I needed on short notice, it was ready in less than an hour. Keep an eye out for sales, close out, and clearance. Still my go to electronics retailer.

Needing appliances for my new home and they beat Brands Mart pricing and big box stores. If you join their membership for $50.00 yr, I get FREE delivery to Okeechobee of all my appliances. The associate, Jeanne Weidner, who assisted me, was not pushy or trying to force a sale or trying to get me to purchase more than what I was looking for at the moment. She was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and did not try to upsell me. I had just experienced that an hour before at BrandsMart and was getting extremely anxious. I told her about the cost of the appliance at the other store, and she asked me to wait a minute. She came back and told me that they would price match it. She made me feel very comfortable, so not only did I order my French door wall oven from her. I will be going back down to the PBG store on Legacy and purchasing my. Washer/ dryer, freezer, surface top stove, dishwasher, and microwave from Jeanne when my contractor tells me it's time. Oh and I opened up their credit card and got 410 reward points. It was a wonderful experience.

Went here looking for a specific TV, BluRay and TV stand I have seen online and an associate named "Milk" noticed I was looking perplexed and was able to help me find the exact items I saw online. I was very pleased with the whole ordeal. And, the store was also pleasantly organized despite being 2 days shy of Christmas Day.

I was referred here by T-Mobile I was told to come to the geek squad which when you come in through the entrance the one off Palm Beach lakes is right to the right I went up to the counter I encountered a gentleman name l e n n y n t e j e d a super nice I was having a problem with some silly application on my phone that I did not buy from Best buy this guy solves the issue within seconds if you have any kind of technical computer problem phone problem can I suggest you go to geek squad at Best buy thank you guys!

All geeks were super knowledgeable and friendly. Tried to get to the bottom of the issue as fast as possible, advising me with what my options are and patiently answering my questions. Employees thought the store were super friendly and knowledgeable. During busy times it took some time to get an associates attention but great store overall and only positive experience.

Edith was an excellent sales eep. She steered me toward what she thought was beat for my situation. Very knowledgeable. If you need a laptop, this is the place to go. They have a great selection if big screen TVs too no shortages here.

I never really leave reviews but I had to after what I experienced tonight. I came back to this store to return a MacBook and was incredibly upset about the product I received. Long story short it was an open box item with a completely different computer inside. As Livid as I was, when Mike( The Supervisor in the customer service department) greeted me, instantly I was calmer. He listened to the issues with the device and not only resolved it but went above and beyond to exceed all of the retail expectations I’ve ever had. I couldn’t believe how kind he was especially after such a long day. I got there 15 mins before closing on black Friday so I’m sure the day was challenging for the entire team. Thank you so much Mike. Because of you I will continue to shop at Best Buy!!!

Can't say enough about Rob and the Best Buy team at the West Palm Beach store. My wife and I are techies. We don't need much help, but when we do, this location is the place to go. They know the products and take the time to make sure you are satisfied. In the last 3 years we have purchased several major appliances, cell phones, TVs, computers, and Fitness trackers. Nice job!

I was in and out in 15 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted so when they asked me if I needed assistance, they pulled it down for me right away. Considering it was Christmas Eve, I was impressed.

I had a great experience with buying a car stereo from this Best Buy in West Palm Beach. The audio installation technicians (Rafael and Ryan) were great. Not only were they proficient and professional, they treated me with kindness and courtesy. I ordered a car stereo and they recommended a different one that was newer, better and saved me money! However, the first three weeks had problems with the stereo just turning itself off. I brought it in, they adjusted a power coupler the first couple times, the the third time they replaced it thinking it was defective. It must have been, because my car stereo has been working very well ever since. I wanted to wait a few weeks to make sure the latest fix was the last one (hopefully, I didn't just jinx myself).
In any case, the car audio installers and technicians at the Palm Beach Best Buy are the best and I recommend them highly!

Absolutely incredible experience. I went in this Saturday morning to pick up a TV. They were pretty busy and we had a minor difficulty when picking up our order. The manager, Emily, quickly came in and made the experience incredibly smooth and made our situation into an exceptional one.
