Walter made the process very straight forward. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. These guys are very reliable. I called them and the technicians showed up with in an hour,found the ice dam and removed it. Leaking in the house stopped. They also cleaned all the debris on the roof.Will highly recommend them.
