I highly recommend Gift Baskets by Design SB, to anyone that’s looking for an excellent shopping experience with outstanding customer service and top quality products without breaking the bank. I called to place a last minute order at 8:45 PM for delivery the next morning. I was shocked they took the time to accept my order so close to closing time 9:00 PM and I was not rushed. Sandra took the time to even help me with personalize customization "sugar free" leading to the perfect gift basket. Sandra is amazing she even followed up with me the next morning and sent me a picture to make sure the basket captured the look and feel we had discussed the night before. The basket was bright and very pretty as promised and I could not have been more surprised and pleased. I was advised when the basket was on its way for delivery and when it was delivered; the basket was so well received. This was excellent I absolutely love this company and I will always order from them in the future no questions asked.

Cindy and the team at Gift Baskets by Design SB are terrific. I ordered flowers and a cheesecake sampler to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. She was rather down and lonely due to the Covid-19 situation and our inability to visit due to quarantine restrictions in her facility. Cindy made an extra special effort to ensure the items we ordered were embellished with my mother's favorite colors, and added balloons at no additional charge to make it even more festive. My mother was thrilled when everything was delivered on-time and beautifully presented. I highly recommend Gift Baskets by Design SB for their exceptional service, professionalism and personal touch!

I absolutely love Give Baskets By Design! I have ordered from them twice, and both baskets were done beautifully and loaded with more than is even described in their pictures. They are exceptional when you ask for specific items to make the basket individual to the person you are gifting it to, they add in extra things without you even asking. They are available to talk to and communicate with at any time. And the prices for their baskets are unbelievable! I will be using them from now on for all of my gifts that I need when I need a gift basket. I especially thank Cindy who made my sister's 50th birthday basket, absolutely gorgeous and to Lisa who had to deal with me over the weekend when we were having some issues with the mail service no fault to the company at all. But, she did not have to take the time to stay on the phone for hours with the USPS waiting to find out where my package was and she did that above and beyond. I recently ordered a gift for my sisters baby shower...it was AMAZING!!!...I had no idea what to get her, so I simply asked that they "make it cute"...They blew me away & exceeded my expectations BIG TIME!!!....it was an apron filled with diapers & TONS of baby toiletries...with a cute little baby hanger on the top...simply amazing!!!

I came across Cindy & Gift Baskets by design SB last year while desperately searching for a local business that could provide gift baskets for my customers. I was welcomed and helped last minute as a walk in during (probably) one of their busiest seasons. Everything was fantastic.

Incredible to say the least! Cindy was amazing! She set her herself and this company apart, by leaps and bounds, simply due to her personal attention to detail. I ordered two Easter baskets for our two grandkids but they only had one left. Cindy personally put together the remaining basket to ensure the order was completed. I must say, my shopping experience with Gift Baskets By Design SB, Inc., was a sheer moment of distinction that left me saying, “give me more of that!” Well, give me more of that - started from the moment, I clicked on their website, a few minutes later, found what I was looking for, shortly after that, I completed my checkout process for pickup in their store.

The next day, I went into the store to pick up my order. Once I arrived the staff quickly welcomed me and thanked me shopping online and for choosing in store pickup. The staff was very friendly and eagerly provided one-on-one connection and answered all the questions I asked. I asked, if I could get the addition of two personal items into my order? They said, most certainly and the accommodations were made just like that.

I found their store to be well designed, with a warming appeal, a various host of beautiful fresh flowers, a clean fresh scent complimented the space. The arrangement of gift baskets and other gift products throughout the store blended well with the decor. I said to myself, nice! Certainly, I liked the good feeling I got; which made me more excited, as I waited to get the first glimpse of my customized gift. Shortly afterwards, they brought the gift into the show room and it was perfect and customized with skilled quality.

By the way, this gift was for my 10th wedding anniversary and I really wanted to surprise my wife with something uniquely different, so getting the gift customized was a top priority for me. For sure, I can keep going with more, but I would rather you have your own unique experience with this gift basket company.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Sandra. I called from out of state looking for a unique order of a basket for a child. Sandra helped me with deciding the most age appropriate gift and created one more beautiful than I expected. She notified me on delivery and followed up with an email with a photo of my gift since I would not be able to see it in person. I highly recommend GB by Design and will use again in the future.

I've ordered 4 gift baskets already and 3 of the recipient absolutely adored them. The fourth was for my wife and she fell in love with the beautiful porceline ladies boot that the foot spa basket was made in. The basket was stuffed with items to pamper your feet with. I ordered a custom basket for the nurse that took care of my dad. I had told Sandra the owner that she liked the NY Giants and her favorite player was Lawrence Taylor from the 80's. The basket was totally Giants and football themed, and amazingly the basket had a Lawrence Taylor bobble head doll in it. UNREAL!!!! Thank you so much for the custom basket and attention to detail. Next time I need a custom basket, I know who to call.
