We’ve had a great experience with our orthodontist and their Forever Aligned program! Our first child got her braces off and is in maintenance, and now we are getting the next child enrolled for her braces. I love the peace of mind I have with this program, that it won’t cost another arm and leg if they lose or break their retainer.

Forever Aligned Club has great options, and my office visit to the Lilburn, GA location was awesome. The entire staff was so pleasant. They took a digital 3D scan of my teeth. I even got a chance to meet Dr. David. The office visit was so comfortable, and you can tell the entire staff really cares, and you feel very much appreciated. After my office visit, I could not wait to sign up with Forever Aligned Club.

Great place! Would absolutely recommend this location for your smiling needs. They do clear braces, teeth whitening, permanent retainers and much more! All for affordable prices AND you can get lifetime replacements for your items for a small fee. They have qualified individuals that you can have a face to face with if you need to. Unlike other places I have went to for clear braces. Go in and ask for Courtney! She will square you away.
