CVS

I scheduled a flu vaccine appointment but wanted both flu and Covid vaccine. Unfortunately the system to schedule did not offer the Covid option. However when I arrived at my appointment, the Sally graciously offered to provide the Covid vaccine to save me time. She was efficient despite having a long line and I’m grateful she took the time to assist me. She could have easily told me to come back another day but didn’t and for that I’m grateful and love CVS.

I received awesome customer service from the employee Mikeem 👍👍 and also from a nice lady who works there and knows how to deal with HSA issues... I appreciate their help so much that I was going to fill out the survey but I could sense my receipt didn't have 17 survey #s...

I just want the corporate office to know that cashier Kita and the Entire Pharmaceutical team does a beyond amazing job when ir comes to customer courtesy! Kita even took time to acknowledge my beautiful service dog and her shared love for Animals and informed me of sales l wasnt awared of which influenced me to go back and make additional purchases! I've moved many years ago but still frequent THIS CVS due to the outstanding lovely way the staff shows care and genuine concern to its consumers. A+ on the hiring of these individuals a happy customer am l

SHAUNDRA (sp?) and her manager Mohammad (sp?) went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and should be commended by CVS corporate. A community store should be a place where you feel welcomed to shop and return, and they made that happen not just for my family but for so many others who walked in through speaking to each person, addressing needs (even outlandish or challenging), and having a pleasant demeanor. We came to the pharmacy which we didn't know closed early so we purchased other items but ended up stranded due to dead phones. Shaundra helped us contact several cab companies that unfortunately couldn't pick us up and continued to help without attitude and with a genuine spirit of customer service. What could've been a situation of panic or danger turned into us eventually getting home safely with her assistance to navigate solutions while she didn't miss a beat attentively tending to other customers as well. Protect her at all costs :)! Thank you again so much for being a true gem and the type of employee (and kind human being) that any company should value.

Pharmacist Farrah was PHENOMENAL!! She administered the second dose of my COVID vaccine and she could not be kinder, more sophisticated, more efficient and time effective, and I am so grateful for her and the fine folks at CVS! They are truly heroes during these difficult times!

I guess only people with complaints write reviews. So I will write a positive one. I have been using this pharmacy for 5+ years. I have over 10 prescriptions that change and rotate throughout the year. I have experienced no trouble setting them up and creating auto-refill service. Plus I pay to have CVS deliver them to my building. When I need one asap I use the drive thru window, drop it off and schedule a pick up. The prescription is always ready when I return an hour later. The pharmacy is always slammed with business, hence why they have 5+ pharmacists on staff at the same time, so I understand why there is an hour wait to fill prescriptions. Anytime I have questions or need to put a prescription on hold I call and get a pharmacist on the phone within 2 minutes. I really like the online website where I can access my entire prescription list, make changes, place holds or see my entire history! Very convenient! The best features about this CVS are the staff, the drive thru window and the access to my accounts via online! My life is a breeze with CVS.

The employees at this CVS are always so kind and helpful. Jermani is the best!!! So thankful for helpful people like her! Always happy when she is working!

I do believe that this CVS is understaffed but I think that the new pharmacist real bring great change. Hopefully CVS as a company will realize that if they are going to keep good pharmacist than they will need to provide them with the proper help. Also, I think that they should allow their pharmacist to take breaks as well.

Exceptional service every time !!

For the most part it always goes well. Old dude up front is a little too slow on the register but that's the only complaint. Pharmacy takes great care of me and drive thru goes smoothly.

Generally speaking, I've had good service in this location. My only complaint is the lack of natural light, but that's a design issue.
