Hertz Car Rental - Morrow - Mt Zion Blvd Hle

Had a great experience working with Allie. She was very kind and patient and helped me get a rental after my insurance dropped the ball. Thank you for this hassle free experience. If you need a rental for anything, this location is perfect.

I have been here several times and I have never seen anyone work as hard as ALLY. She gets people in and out and is extremely dedicated to her job. After she clears the room, others show up to assist. Not cool.

I would like to personally thank the hertz in Morrow for their outstanding customer service. Carl Monekosso who is the manager went out of his way to accommodate me with a vehicle 5 minutes before closing. I prepaid for a rental at thrift car rental at the airport and was told I had a 5 hour wait and wasn’t guaranteed a car. I called enterprise in morrow and they told me they had cars. I reserved a car and took an Uber to enterprise. I get there in 20 minutes and they told me no cars were available. I was livid at this point. I then took an Uber to hertz. I was advised that they didn’t have any cars also and was closing in 5 minutes. I left the car rental place and went back to get into my Uber. Before I got into the Uber an employee came running out after me and said please come back my boss was able to locate a car for you. Carl went out of his way even though it was closing time. Carl listened to my issue and really went above and beyond to help me. I would like to thank hertz for having such a dedicated employee.

Absolute favorite place to rent a car!! I’ve been renting here for the past 5 months straight or so. The workers are always friendly and helpful. But only con is It is ALWAYS super busy because it’s connected to a dealership. I don’t mind the wait, but I’d suggest If you book for a certain time, arrive a 30 minutes to an hour early and be prepared to wait patiently. Make sure you sign in also! 😊💖

I needed a rental extended after my truck was totaled. Allie took very care of my needs . She kept me on my budget, got me a better rental, she covered everything in order to make an awesome experience a very inconvenient time for me. Thanks Allie.

I like Hertz rent a car. They're kind of slow but other than that they get things done and then take them some time. I feel like they need to have a sense of urgency because it's people trying to get in and get out. And I know they have to take their time to take care of people, but if you're in there for over 25 minutes, that is too much time to get a rental car

Well worth the time dealing with the right employees. Went to the Hertz in Conyers before trying this one just to be told they didn’t have a car even though I had reserved a vehicle already, but here my experience here was great thanks to Allie Majors. She was patient, willing to work with me, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a vehicle

Tim Hardaway and Joshua Hill are the most asset to hertz. These guys were swamped with customers inventory was low. They ripped and ran to get cars ready for standing reservations. Not one time did they show a sign of frustration. I left with a car and I am very pleased with their service!!!! They closed at 12pm and did not turn anyone away. I was the last customer at 1pm.. you guys go!!!!! Keep that positive energy keep moving with a kind heart

I read reviews from other customers that they don't always have cars, that scared me, I'm so glad that wasn't the case.

This will be my go to rental from here on out.

I love it here! Been 5 years. I've used other locations before. In the past I've used Union City, Fayetteville, one or two others. By far this is my favorite! I'm so glad Mr Hardaway has been there and Established and always meets my needs. I've seen him when necessary go to other locations just to bring a vehicle back to satisfy a customers needs. Brandon is a great support customer service who also executes every Reservation with Excellent customer care! A young lady with long twists is outstanding as well! Checks me out promptly and stays focused on completing tasks. I'm sure Every day Presents its challenges But I am very confident and sure That this team will do the best they can And always Will do the best they can To take care of you😊

In need of a rental ASAP booked online for same day pick up no issues got to the location today at 2:45pm 6/3/2022 and was greeted by “TIM” he assisted me smooth process I was in and out in 15 minutes tops. No long waits he was busy I could tell but got me in and out I will recommend and I received a nice clean rental until Tuesday thank you Tim! For making the process smooth

The staff was friendly. I came about 15 minutes before they closed on Saturday to return my rental. They were still patient with me and showed no signs of rushing me out. They were professional and completed my checkout swiftly. I had no issues returning my car.

Reserved a full size car for Thursday 9 a.m. We arrived a bit early but staff was efficient and we drove out at 9 a.m. sharp. Returned car on Saturday at 9 a.m. Staff was again efficient and friendly. We almost didn't rent from this location because of previous reviews, but we were glad we did. We had rented here years before and had a good experience, therefore we decided to give it a go. We have no complaints.

Hertz did an amazing job at helping me solve my problem when they had a major problem of their own!!!! I was scheduled and booked to rent a cargo van from their Macon, GA Location on a Monday. Well over the weekend they had a little flood from their next door neighbors sprinkler system which just about knocked out the whole strip center. When I showed up Monday morning to get my rental, needless to say that wasn't an option because of safety. I emailed the Area GM (JEREMY MCKELLER) and to my surprise he was on it - working out the best way to get me a vehicle within 15 minutes of my message. I did have to drive to Morrow about an hour drive to get the rental, but I have to understand the circumstances. If I would have had my Hertz Gold Membership active, then they could have brought the vehicle to me, but since it was my first Gold Membership rental, they had to process the rental in an office. That seems a bit outdated in today's technological times. That would be my only complaint, but I understood and know it was nothing that could be fixed that second. So big thanks to Jeremy Mckeller, Christopher Winslow, and Tiffany (sorry Tiffany I didn't get your last name) for making my experience one to remember and I know that I can count on Hertz to get me where I need to be. Next time you can bring me the rental!!! =).

I arrived and the car I booked and wanted was not available. The Hertz agent named Destiny was very helpful. I waited and she was able to get me in a nice car. Destiny explained all the details and was very pleasant. I kept the rental an extra week and when I called with questions, the agent Tommy was polite and helpful as well. I was pleased with great customer service from Destiny and Tommy. Thank you!

They're understaffed, but they take care of you and don't complain about the constant rude customers. I've rented from them many times and I've not had an issue arise they couldn't get handled.

Update: Seems like they've got more staff to handle the rental demand. Things are running smooth as silk.

The Morrow location gave me the best customer service that I have experienced in a while. This was my first time renting a car and the women at the front desk was patient and exceptional helpful. She thoroughly explained everything to me and my car was freshly cleaned. Defiantly will be returning!

Overall a seamless experience. Each staff member was polite and greeted me with respect. That's the reason for the 5 stars. These folks are working hard in a busy, busy, busy location. It's hard to find overworked staff keeping their smiles but they did on the day I was there.
I'd remove 1/2 a star if possible because it wasn't super easy to find.

The staff was very courteous during my rental experience and I was satisfied with my vehicle and the service received. The manager Tim was very knowledgeable and willing to assist with whatever was needed, I will definitely be renting there again.
