I keep forgetting her name. But there is a young lady there with long blonde braids that has been a God send to me. Always smiling and joyful. It's bad enough to have to go thru dialysis then a kidney transplant ..she'll go out of her way to help me find coupons and she makes me feel happy to spend my $600 per month there. The rest are pretty dour and glum. Mr George is last fanyastic

I had to transfer my prescriptions from Kroger to Cvs. I was not happy because I had a excellent relationship with Kroger. I called to get the process going and spoke with Ms. Valerie on the phone and she had very good customer service. She told me to pickup the prescription in a couple of hours. I got to the store and it was very clean and well stocked. Got to the pharmacy and had to wait for transfer from Kroger and it was short and sweet. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I go to CVS Morrow, GA since almost a year ago that I transferred all my RX from the location in Stockbridge(due to decline in customer service). They are extremely nice and the pharmacist goes beyond and above. We had a problem with a prescription for our son, and waiting all day Saturday for the doctor on-call to call in & fix the dosage so that the medication was dispensed and finally the doctor called 15 minutes before closing. Pharmacist called 10 minutes after closing and said he would wait that we get there to pick up & waited (20 minutes after pharmacy closed) for my husband to get there to pick up the needed medication for nausea. He saved the day! This happened about a month ago during Covid19 limited hours. The pharmacy, specially pharmacist George should received recognition from corporate for their service. I love this pharmacy and the kindness of the employees.

I went through the pharmacy drive thru, and even though the wait was pretty long, the customer service was awesome! I wish I would've gotten their name, but they were very helpful and patient. They even cracked a few jokes, which put me at ease for what I was going for. Overall the experience left a great impression on me.

I love the Pharmacy but since they hired new staff it's getting slower. I'll continue to be a customer because of the friendly pharmacist.
