Roses Discount Store

Great snacks, multiple registers open, friendly workers.

Polite staff during my visit. I found a lot of items for my house,in addition to what I originally went for... pillows.

I luv this store prices are always good an they have products that the bigger stores dont carry...its always a pleasure to. shop here...

Personally, this is the closest thing to a 99cent store I’m going to get here. Referring to the items sold.

The store was decent...

I love roses and usually it's well-stocked but yesterday when my husband and I went in they were out of a lot of stuff some of the shelves are practically empty and there was a lot of stuff from the truck still wrapped in plastic or even in boxes...... just placed on the shelves we had to take the products out of the boxes and wrappers ourselves

My experience today @ 7:30pm was horrible in the least, first we were in line for about 12 minute with one cashier open while he was doing a refund for a customer while the manager stood there by his side while he count out every penny. 2nd not one staff member including the Manager (Female) had on a mask. 3rd when the Manager did decide to open up a second cashier common curiosity you call the available person to that station which she did not. 4th stock and appearance of the store was horrible and finally I will not be shopping at this store again

I was going to rate a 3. I was so disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof, the cashier was a gloom cookie. It doesn't cost anything to return a polite gesture or greeting.😑

Not only do they have low prices for clothes, food, and home supplies - they have free roach eggs for almost every purchase. Come on down!

I really used to like this store, the prices, the products are affordable and most of the time the employees are friendly. Went there yesterday 1/26 purchased a Bluetooth speaker and got the Wednesday senior discount. Today, I decided to open and use my new speaker what a fail…for one it didn’t work, the piece to connect the cord was missing and for two it wasn’t the same one that was on the box. So, I just called talked to the store manager told him the issue. He said he’d be happy to exchange the speaker, I let him know I’m going to upgrade (pay more for better quality speaker) but asked if I’d still be able to get the discount. He said no! He said “I understand it’s the stores fault for your speaker issue but senior discount day is Wednesdays only”. I am appalled!!! I mean had it not been for YOUR mistake I wouldn’t have to waste my time, gas and money coming back! I am really upset. As a customer service sales associate, I’ve been working in retail for many years and this is not good customer service at all, especially from a manager. One thing for sure after I return my “defective device” Roses can kiss where the sun don’t shine! I will never refer anyone to THIS location it’s bad business.

Their bathroom door ripped my new shirt, I’m glad it wasn’t my arm or a body part that got caught on it, didn’t replace the shirt just said they would look at the door 🙄🙄🙄🙄
