Staffs are very patient/kind and helpful. My car could not start early in the morning, shortly after we contact AAA, their staffs are already on the road driving to my location which is about an hour away on a rainy day to help us. Really appreciate their service and hard work.

I'm very thankful for Rodney, the Technician at Pete's Mobile Service (AAA). Just yesterday (10/16/23) my 2013 Ford Taurus SEL would not start. After Rodney cleaned up the corrosion then Jumpstarted it, he found out that I needed a new battery because it was only at 0.8%. Right then and there he had a new battery for my car with a 3-yr Warranty. He installed it within 10 minutes then added air to my tire because there was low tire pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I'm so glad I didn't have to have the car towed and send it to 2 to 3 other places to get it fixed. This was "one-stop shopping", WHAT A BLESSING!!! After that I was able to do whatever else I needed without worrying if the car would break down. THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

5 stars to the technician Otis! He had on the proper PPE and provided speedy service. A matter of fact this is the 1st time I have ever had a roadside service technician put air in my donut tire prior to the install. Great job Otis!

As if it's not bad enough to break down and be in the heat, I had to have 2 scum bags at the bus stop start screaming at me. Ya'll were great and got there quickly before things escalated. I'm grateful, thank you

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company lied about a service being performed when it had been immediately cancelled. AAA charged it against us anyway. I’m a 27 year member of AAA with never a complaint or question about anything. AAA refuses to correct this and told me to pound sand. They gave me a number for Pete’s Mobile Services and it went straight to a “voice mail box that has not been set up”. My membership with AAA will not be renewed for year 28 and beyond and they can thank Pete’s Mobile Services and their own stupidity for that.

Trash service. The techs have no clue to what they are doing and I doubt they have training. Tech came to the house (AAA) as the car wouldn't start. Guy said a had a "charging system issue" and that it needed to be towed. The tow truck guy came out, checked the battery and said that since it was fine, the alternator should be as well. The tow truck driver then crawled under the car, tinkered with the starter (which has nothing to do with the charging system) and started the car saving from a tow. Clearly the towing company (all ga towing) employs more competent ppl.

Pete's mobile service is trash. I had a tech come out that didn't have the battery I needed. The next day another tech said he didn't have what I needed. The third tech came in hot from the beginning saying that I reported the wrong car (we own multiple Ford vehicles and he assumed it was our other car). All of a sudden, he wants to charge me a $50 labor fee. I asked why the other tech didn't mention this. He said "that's him, I'm charging you $50." When I asked to speak to a supervisor and have him call his supervisor, he said he didn't know how to reach them and he doesn't know Pete. He told me to call AAA but told me they can't tell him not to charge the fee. I called AAA. They confirmed he can charge whatever he wants. After waiting multiple days for this battery, I asked him to confirm the labor fee. Once he realized I told him this was shady, he said he'd only charge $35....so apparently the price for labor is negotiable??? Then when we agree to the price, he proceeds to tell me how much he doesn't like installing batteries in my model vehicle and that is why he charges labor. Say what??? Avoid this company at all costs, if possible. This whole scenario was completely unnecessary if the third tech had an ounce of customer service ability.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience calling AAA and receiving service through Pete’s AAA. We were on a wide shoulder and we were told the tire change was too dangerous and told to wait for a tow. When is it safer to change a tire besides a parking lot? The driver never even left his vehicle or investigated the situation. Hours later a tow truck who spotted us earlier (Not Pete’s) kindly offered to change the tire and finished within 15 minutes. Pete’s left us stranded late at night in what should have been a routine tire change. We were placed under undue stress and danger as a result.
